  1. Noone is pissed here, you completely misunderstood m y intentions. Perhaps the term 'hatin' was too strong and if that offended you, I apologize as that was not my intention. Similar to you, if I was complaining I would have also rated it lower. I simply suggested alternate options for how the call out spawns. Thank You for clarifying your comments. Perhaps it was also the grammar that misled me as well. Im good man, and I appreciate the candor in our conversation!
  2. I never once complained dude. I think he did a good job for a first call out, and hatin on it because its not what you think is a good idea is not the answer. I used term unrealistic from the point of view that the alien is not a real 'alien', yet an idiot in a costume. If that is the case, then a regular asshat criminal wanna be alien terrorist is not going to get his hands on a rail gun. I've encouraged him and gave him constructive feedback and suggestions but never once complained.
Pretty funny good for a first callout. Showed up in my live K9 patrol today, forgot I put it in. I think its a solid idea, but needs tweaking....the rail gun is a bit OP, and unrealistic. I like the surprise factor of just appearing suddenly, but perhaps an alternate possibility of it being just a dude in an alien suit running around with an ak or something...active shooter situation. Aside form those two suggestions, you've got a good start here and I am excited to see what you add in the future. Looks like it go updated while I was ending my stream, so I will do a more proper vid of it with the newest version soon. Keep up the good work man. 5 stars from me. Nice to see new devs taking a stab at expanding the available callouts!
  3. More states are in the works. California will be available for release soon. Darkmyre moved all of his mods/plugins etc to his personal website Darkmyre.net
Nice rides. Handle really Really Well. Great job! Funny slapping perps in the back of the k9 unit with all the dog slobber and no seats. HAHAHA.
Amazing and a MUST have. I held off putting it in my game Sooooo glad I did! Thanks Lt Caine for yet another killer mod!
FUGGIN.SEXY.MODEL! Epic work my friend! Absolutely the BEST choice I could have made for my first ELS enabled model. Thanks for stopping by my stream today!
  4. FUGGIN.SWEET. Looking forward to this with much anticipation sir! Keep up the good work!
  5. Thast definitely would be something I would like to see happen. This is simply an xml file rework to drop into Patrol toolkit to replace the aussie based infractions menu list. We will have to wait and see what Darkmyre has planned for future versions of patrol toolkit.
  6. I touched on this breifly in the showcase video... Any infraction where you see *TOW* or *ARREST* is an infraction where In real life, 8 times out of 10 the officer will take that action. Example: Driving on a suspended license is an arrestabel offense where I live. However, it is left up to the discretion fo the stopping officer as to how they handle the situation. Soemtimes they will ticket the driver and tow his vehicle. In most instances, the stopping officer will arrest for driving on a suspended license. Hope that helps. No. This file does not chaneg the behavior of Patrol Toolkit. Once I "write" the ticket, I will use the "issue warning" in the lspdfr+ menu to end the stop. Hopefully this functionality may be added to patrol toolkit in future versions, but we will have to wait and see what Darkmyre has planned.
  7. More states is a great idea. I hadn't planned to do that initially, but It is on the to do list now! Thank you for that suggestion! I am not sure what you mean by #2... I will say that hopefully in the near future there will be some sort of notification when you tick an infraction that says TOW or ARREST. Thanks so much for checkin in man!

  8. Unmarked Bentley Continental GT!
Friggin Love It! Great model Sir!
  9. LSPD Motor Division Patrol. Bike patrols are always unpredictable at best and this one is no different. Shoot outs galore!
  10. Tonight's weekly Friday night ride along patrol livestream with My lovely wife The Rock Queen is dedicated to honoring and celebrating 7 years of great police mods and the lcpdfr/lspdfr community. These weekly livestreams feature LSPDFR & Darkmyre's Partner mod. There is always a good turn out and always hilarious. Be sure to stop by for the fun! Tonight we're back in the city and checking out The partner mod's driver option where my AI partner drives. If it's anything like the hilarious outcome of previous ride alongs...it should be a super fun hour of police role play adventure! Many more new LSPDFR episodes are up on my channel as well so check em out!
  11. Ok, so we know there is not any mod currently to give you the loudspeaker effect for traffic stops, pursuits etc. It is common knowledge that the only way to achieve this effect is through effects in editing. There has been quite a few posts I have seen on this forum of players asking how they can get this effect in their videos. I have also been asked personally how I achieve it in my vids. To that end I decided to make a tutorial to help others who maybe interested. The first one is for those who use audacity to record and/or edit their audio commentary. I will upload one on how to do it in Sony Vegas soon. Enjoy!
  12. There is a need for this, for sure. The one thing to keep in mind here is that mods are designed to break a game and make it your bitch to run in ways it was not designed to run. Keep in mind that coding mods for this game is not an easy task. If it were, We would have more mods on here than forum posts. With callouts, police radio, and other mods that are designed to increase immersion, available tasks to perform etc; the coding is simply using whats in the game and writing scripts to call up certain objects, animations, etc and run a certain way, much like rockstar does in creating the SP missions. When you are doing something like freezing units you are in place when normally they are hard coded in the game to drive off after so many seconds, Coding a mod to freeze them is literally trying to stop the game from doing what is normal. This causes possible crashes and even the game to simply ignore it and do what it wants any ways... That being said, I have been here about 6 months, and in that short time I have seen mods improve, and new ones created and alot of them. The experience does improve over time and it gets leaner meaner and runs better because these guys all work their asses of in their free time to try and create police role play utopia. The mods will not always work as intended, crashes will happen. One day what you want will be here. I know, Its happened for me and every other dude on here many times I'm sure.
  13. Agency callouts has this option built into the duty menu. However, Darkmyre warns it is experimental. I have mine set to freeze all the time. Have experienced some crashes due to this, but nothing too bad.
HOLY CHIT! Kicking myself for not delving into this mod earlier. Increases realism/immersion while making the chore of managing intense situations such as a pursuit or shoot out much more manageable, all with one button. High five man. As I get a chance to fine tune it for me, I suspect this will become a staple in my game play and my patrol videos! 9 Thumbs way up!!!
  14. Not quite sure what you are referring to here. My assumption is that you mean the Lights dim, especially during the day and do not much look like ELS. If this is the case, Try these:
  15. Unfortunately that's the name of the game. I never use RPH revert. I keep multiple backups of working versions on my D drive and Keep both vanilla and modded versions on my C drive for easily switching back n forth between online and modded SP games. My backups have saved my ass more times than not when it comes to GTA V updates. Check out a tutorial I did on using backups and running multiple installs: Also, Just for giggles, You might enjoy this: http://buddarocks.blogspot.com/2016/06/hitler-reacts-to-latest-grand-theft.html Hitler is in the same boat and none to happy about it!
  16. You can also use a trainer to customize weapons. Granted, It is not ideal, but if you're paroling outside of Los santos, Using the armory may not be ideal. I generally don't use the armory unless I start a patrol at the D/T Police station. That being said, The ability to create custom loadouts with that plug in is awesome.
  17. Hello all, Thought I'd throw down here. Loving this community and how everyone has their own unique style. 33 episodes and counting, and they are getting better as we go.
