This a police station script and building mod. This mod allows officers to book suspects and place them in jail. This police station is updating and is currently in early stages. 
 
Instructions:
Move NYPD folder to pc/data/maps
in gta.dat
add
ide section of maps
IDE platform:/DATA/MAPS/NYPD/NYPD.IDE
ipl section of maps
IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/NYPD/NYPD.IPL
IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/NYPD/NYPD_O.IPL
 
in scripts folder place scripts into main gta iv directory

Note: 30 seconds into game you will see the word" Populating this is an indication that the game is spawning ped's into station This has to occur as there's no other way.  30 sec's isn't that long Also when  aiming at suspect you'll see a word "Detecting" This is letting the mod know of the particular peds officers wish to arrest.  There is a helipad on roof In next update I will add a detective room for questioning, getting warrants, staircases to detective room, and helipad roof. Please  keep adding inputs.

ELS-IV V8.5x is the latest update to one of the most popular mods ever created for a GTA title - enhancing all forms of emergency lighting in GTA IV.
NOTES
− ELS is a ".ASI" script mod.
− ELS will only work correctly when used with ELS-enabled vehicles.
− ELS V8 uses new powerful features made possible by the AdvancedHook Library System, created by LMS--read his blog article about it here.
IMPORTANT
− Please consult the ELS User Guide and other documentation provided prior to use.
− ELS V8.5 VCFs and configuration files are compatible with ELS V8.51, and no adjustments are required.
− ELS V8.0 VCFs are compatible with ELS V8.5, however, in order to take advantage of some new features, slight adjustments are required.
− ELS V7.0 vehicle configuration files (VCFs) are not completely compatible with ELS V8.5. Aconversion guide is provided in the documentation.
− Always keep your AdvancedHook.dll up to date. If you already have a more recent version of the file installed, do not replace it with the one contained in the ELS download.
− You may need to download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redist. Package (found here).
− You may need to download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redist. for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 (found here).
− You may need to download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redist. for Visual Studio 2013 (found here).
KNOWN ISSUES
− (The following issues have been cataloged during testing and are under watch. Updates will be made once permanent solutions are discovered.)
− The ELS lights on AI vehicles may sometimes be slow to turn off; increasing the values of the ClearRandAiExtrasXX options may help mitigate this issue.
− In multiplayer, the session host may be unable to see the ELS lights of other players' vehicles past a certain distance.
− In multiplayer, there is an issue where the user will hear a random ELS "beep" sound and this will be followed by a crash.
− In multipalyer, repairing the vehicle may cause the user's ELS lights to de-synchronize; setting the system to LSTG3 and back to 0 once or twice should correct this issue.

This is an unfinished model, but I decided to release it anyway since we have been waiting long enough for an unlocked 2016 FPIU. Also, since this is my first time converting a car to GTA 4, I don't know how to fix a lot of these issues. Personally, I'm fine with the way it is, but you can totally edit it if you want to. If you want to release a fixed one, do what you will. If you want to release a fixed version unlocked, I strongly encourage you. If you want to convert it to GTA 5, GTA SA, or any game, go ahead. It's your model now, enjoy!

Lighting Stage 2: All primary lights, minus Wig-Wags/Takedowns (Only Extra 1 and 4. It's suppose to be 1, 2, 3 and 4. But ELS doesn't work that way)

Lighting Stage 3: All lights.

 
Installation:

- Pretty simple install. Use OpenIV or SparkIV to replace "polpatriot" in your vehicles.img (or whichever other vehicle slot you wish to use this Tahoe in.
- I recommend using the flash patterns included in the download pack. Pre-configured to reflect the real life patterns used by MCSO.

DiversePD is a script that allows you to use the "fbi", "noose", and "polpatriot" slots as regular patrol vehicles in GTA IV. Typically, only "police" and "police2" spawn. This changes the game (literally).
I'm not a scripter, but I used my limited knowledge to make this script usable. I'm not responsible if you break your game somehow. If this works for you, awesome! If not, sorry. 
 
To install: Simply drag and drop "DiversePD.vb" into your scripts folder.

This is my first mod...made a car that I plan on actually getting when I become an deputy. The lights are all blue because I plan on Joining Orleans Sheriff's Office.
Has Louisiana license plate on the back and thin blue line plate on front.
