  1. Please forgive me, I know there was a post recently on how to do this but I can't find it. I wanted to know how can I have the NOOSE and FBI cruisers added to patrol as regular as police cruiser 1 & 2?
  2. Sooo the message I'm getting is stay away from this mod?
  3. I am having texture issues when running the traffic flow mod. I am trying to get it to work with Ultimate vehicle Pack(http://gta4uvp.gamesave-manager.com/). I am currently running no other mods . I've tried running traffic flow alone on a fresh install, but the game just crashes. My computer should be able to handle it. I've tried just about everything so this is my last ditch effort. Has anyone been able to run this mod or others like it with a vehicle pack or similar without problems? Running GTAIV 1.0.7.0 Steam Version As far as my computer, it is up to date on everything Computer specs: Win7 64bit OP Processor: AMD Phenom II 1090T Proc 3.21 GHz Ram 4.00GB Dual ATI Radeon HD 5800 series

  7. I've recently started having game crashes and it seems to be getting worst. The only mods I have are LCPDFR v95 , 5 ELS Police cars, first person, and a Ingame trainer. I get two different messages either the regualr win7 crash message or message stating gtavi has experienced a fatal crash. It happens playing both FR or regular game play so I can't see how it could be the mods. I am pretty confident it is not FR, I followed all instrcutions to the letter, went over everything in the guide, and again crash still occur during regular game play even with fr turned off. 8. I am trying to change up the vanilla police fleet. I already have Sam's LCPD CV and Dodge Charger. Now I'm just looking to replace the FIB buffalo, NOOSE Patriot, NOOSE Cruiser.
  9. You know where I can find ELS?
  10. I am trying to install Chevy Impala(12)unmarked93c_ch_im_v1.0, I got the vehicle into the game but can't get lights working. What did I miss? Sorry I am new to modding GTVIV
  11. Yea I tried that, its as if its missing the script or something. I reinstalled the game and made sure to play with no mods to make sure but no change.
  12. I cannot use either the city cabs or roman's cabs. Holding down the "E" does nothing, and if I try to hold the "F" key I just hijack it. I have completed Vlad missions, and have received Roman's cab service but I can't use any of the cabs. Has anyone run into this problem?
  13. So what would you recommend for someone who just wants weapon and vehicle mods
  14. I'm trying to add the ASP Police baton mod, but the readme says I need SparkIV in order to install it. However, the only site I can find that has it is a high risk website. Do I need SparkIV to install mods or can I simply add the mod file to game files?
