My Gta was crashing every 5 minutes so i re-installed gta and lcpdfr and it worked but after i installed a mod and it screwed my game up so i installed gta iv again. I love LCPDFR but when my cruiser gets hit, shot etc i need to repair it. I don't want to go to a station to get a new cruiser so i use a cheat from my phone to repair it and it's fixed. But when i use the LCPD data base to see info about people that i pull over i cant use my phone for cheats anymore. Please i need help and if not is there any alternative PLEASE HELP

First when i got the game it worked fine. But after installing LCPDFR, every 5-15 minutes the screen goes blank ( black ) and the i have to take out the battery of my laptop so i can turn on my computer. So basically the screen goes blank and nothing happens after LCPDFR starts PLEASE HELP I'M EAGER TO PLAY
