I kinda followed the same texture pattern as a county police skin near me here in Texas, it's not exact nor is it the same colors. So I hope you like it. This is just a basic metro transit skin. I saw you wanted to make your own department into the game. So when you're ready I will modify the texture I just made to look better to your preference and change the "Los Santos Transit" wording to your department name "LoCo Rail Road Police" Here's the link to the textures: Here's a link to the video:

Per request here is the Tennessee Highway Patrol Texture Pack. If you add the vehicles into the game these are the spawning names: CVPI: "THPCVP" Charger: "THPCharger" Tahoe: "THPTahoe" If you replace the default police vehicles it will replace: CVPI -> "police" Charger - > "police2" Tahoe -> "police3" This pack includes the following models: CVPI: Charger: Tahoe: There will be a Ford Explorer model in the future so follow this thread to know when it gets updated. No problemI'm looking for a modeler to make a good looking model of the following fire engine: I can make the textures as long as I'm provided with the vehicle templates, I'd like to request that the model come with 8 ('eight') default skins so that I may create the 8 trucks as textures. 31, 32, 33, 34, and I think you get the point. I can provide more high quality pictures as needed to assist in modeling, considering the fact that I work at Klein Fire Department. If this can be done I'd be looking for someone to make a model of our ladder truck as well.
If I can get other textures currently done on my list in good time tomorrow I may be able to fit this one in. If so I'll send you an inquiry about it sometime tomorrow.What to you have mind? It's more than likely a problem within your 'carvariations.meta' file for that vehicle. If your vehicle is a substitute for 'police' than the carvariations file is located here: 'Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpluxe\dlc.rpf\common\data' -Once you've found that file while using OpenIV in 'Edit Mode', drag the carvariations to your desktop. -Now open the carvariations on your desktop with 'Notepad' -Find the section that starts '<modelname>police</modelname>' -Now, at the bottom of the 'police' section of the file is a line that should currently say '<sirensettings value="1" />' -Change the '1' to a different number (I don't know which number will work out for that particular lightbar so it will be trial and error for you) any whole number will work (ex: 1, 4, 12) I recommend looking in the comments sections of the vehicle you downloaded here on lcpdfr and see if anyone commented the magic number, it'll save you some decent amount of time if it's been commented. -When you change it it should look something like this: <sirensettings value="13" /> just depends on which number you replace. That's my best answer so hopefully you'll find the magic number and it'll work.
