In the vehicles VFC, all three lighting formats to CHP so it says: LightingFormat="CHP"

yes, every time you have to install a vehicle it all has to be done through open iv

youre actually right, ive never seen that before, but you can change it to do that in the ELS VFC files, i can give you a quick tutorial if you want, its pretty easy

You know what i mean. You said you only do versions of LSPD or United States Police, well what police department is this paintjob based on?

Hey ,the felony warrents are too long, maybe change "(Felony Warrents) *Felony*" To "(FW) *Felony*" Instead me having to do it after every update? And maybe the Federal Warrents aswell?
