If you guys are missing siren sounds, it's simple, edit vehicles.meta inside your downloaded vehicle mods folder, then look for the line <audioNameHash>. If you see Windsor, delete that and put in either police, police2, police3, police4, fbi, fbi2, policeold2, policeold1, riot, sheriff, sheriff2, pbike and pranger. vehiclename/data/vehicles.meta but for this pack, the vehicles meta is going to include all the models. So for that, just type <audioNameHash> after pressing Ctrl+F in the search bar, then it will take you to the next <audioNameHash> and I am pretty sure most if not all of them will say Windsor. Like I said before, change it to any of the emergency vehicles hash except for firetruk and ambulance. Hey guys this pack has been in development in for a while, its not perfect but at this point I'm just trying to get it out, if you notice anything wrong with it let me know. Credits for all the parts and vehicles are in the credits, if I missed anybody please let me know so I can fix them. All vehicles have a marked, slicktop/ghost, and K9 version. These vehicles also come with realistic spotlights, more info in the Instructions. 
 
 
Instructions
Installation: 
- in order to install the pack you must first navigate to your dlc packs folder.
- after you find you dlc packs folder, place the folder "BCSO" in the dlc packs folder
- next navigate to the dlc list, once you find it you must "edit" it, place "<Item>dlcpacks:/BCSO/</Item>" in between paths and the first item entry
- you will need to delete you sheriff and sheriff2 entries in your vehilce meta and carvarations, if you do not delete the sheriff 
and sheriff2 entries in the vehilce meta you will not be able to use the spotlight. 
- Place the vcf's in your pack default

Realistic Spotlight: 
- In order to use the workable spotlight you will need to install the spotlight mod by alex:

- Next you will need to use the offset.ini provided, or just delete the sheriff and sheriff2 entries in you offset.ini
- Once in game you should now be press the default key "I" to turn on the spotlight and use the numpad to turn it.

Hello LCPDFR! I am finally back to developing for LSPDFR after quite some time off! I am currently working on a new callout plugin based solely on ULSA! These callouts will be pre-defined locations throughout the campus area! I am going ahead and putting this file out to get some suggestions on things you as the community might want to see in this plugin! I am excited to see what all ideas you all come up with for this plugin! I will also be revisiting some of my other plugins such as VarietyCallouts and a few others to make some fixes and small changes! One thing I strive with most of my callouts is to get away from the CONSTANT code 3, high action, callouts. Sometimes in LSPDFR, I really enjoy to slow down and do day-to-day calls. I plan on adding some more high action callouts with this, but also plan to stay fair to my roots!
 
June 19, 2024 Note from Author: I have just pushed an update with some general fixes! I plan to start working on LSPDFR content again and get some stuff published within the next few weeks! I will be updating old stuff like Variety Callouts, County Callouts, and University Callouts, as well as have some new ideas on the way!

INSTILLATION INSTRUCTIONS
================================
To install the vehicle models themselves, simply place them in your latest patch day in your mods folder.
I have installed the vehicles in my game to patchday10 where I have found the most success.
To install the VCF file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and place it in there.
If you wish to install this vehicle to another slot, simply change the name of the vehicle, and change in the vehicle meta,
the handling line the slot uses to police.

PACK NOTES
=================================
- These vehicles feature the brand new Ford Crown Victoria from Forza Horizon 3. As such, the base model it uses is significantly better quality,
features proper textures, a full 3d engine, proper scaling and many other features. When myself and Lundy created this model, our goal was that if
it wasnt on the actual real life car, then we wouldnt feature it on our car and vise versa.
- The vehicles are rather large in size because of the 3d engine. Without the 3d engine the base model is around 98k. But quality.
- The models should be fully working, besides the front windshield breaking. It should handle exactly like you expect from the DSF vic, or any 
other crown victoria you have driven in game, but with significantly higher quality in the model.
- The template for this base model is highly similar to the DSF one, but there are some slight differences which make it easier for skinners to
do their thing. It requires minimal ammount of work to make it fit my template!

A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV and/or other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.

Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/carcol?
A: I don't know, it works in my game. Make sure you have no spaces when you coppied the line.

Q: Can I make skins for this vehicle?
A: By all means, go ahead, just dont re-upload the vehicle model itself.
Q: Will all other CVPI skins work with this model?
A: Unfortunately no, but they only require minimal edits to make them work!
 

This right here, is something that to me personally is not a Christmas tree car, but at the same time, I don't really know what else to do, so ask NICELY in the comments for what I should put in.

This is either the third, fourth, or fifth remaster of this pack. The vehicles are based off of the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana from the TV show Parks and Recreation. All vehicles (excluding one) have reflective liveries and my partition collision feature. 
 
Known Bugs

Replacement pack for LSPDFR based on Saskatchewan/Alberta RCMP vehicles.
I've included 2 pics in the screenshots to show that the RCMP around here use Liberty lightbars, and do not use rambars (except on K9 vehicles).
Extra 10 - Rambars.
Extra 12 - ALPRs.
Multiple liveries. Slicktop units can have either a marked or unmarked livery.
Working takedowns all pointing the correct direction. Any lights that are in doors or trunks will stay on the door or trunk when you open it.
The rambars dont act as a solid object in game. As far as I can tell, this is due to ELS and there is no work around for this when the rambar is an extra. Due to vehicles here not using rambars I wont make them a permanent part of the vehicles.

The helicopter is not my model, however, the livery on it is. The livery is included in this pack. The model it is made for is;
I will make reflective liveries and update this pack in the near future but for now the pack is complete.
 
I have not played LSPDFR in a long time. However, I did test these vehicles in the game for a short time and as far as I can tell they should all be working correctly with no issues. If you do discover any bugs, please report them to me so I can look at having them addressed.
Feel free to make skin packs for these vehicles, use them in YouTube videos, use them in FiveM, etc. you do not need my permission.
Do not reupload any/all of the pack to other sites, or take credit for any of the work done on it.

I wasn't able to find any RCMP F150s, so I decided to create my own and share it with the community. This is one of my first textures I've ever made so I hope you enjoy it.

Personally, this is my best and favorite plugin. If you fire your weapon, there will be a small camera shake each time you fire, simulating a recoil effect. A heartbeat will play when you're in a firefight, aiming at an armed person, if you've been injured, or even when you're being chased by a dog. The camera shake is also used for other features, such as a big car collision, loss of health, and more. Below is a list showing all features. If there is a feature you do not want, each one can be disabled individually in the settings.

If you approach a detainee on a traffic stop, you could observe some things such as him or her not wearing a seatbelt, some alcohol containers on the passenger seat, or their side mirror might be broken. You'll get a notification when you encounter one of the observations.

Today Im back with another texture pack. This pack is based off New Westminster, British Columbia in Canada. This mod improves the behavior AI backup in pursuits. Tired of seeing AI constantly and randomly go for pits on suspects? Tired of seeing AI drive out in front of a suspect for no reason and cause a major accident? Well I was, the default LSPDFR pursuit menu (keybind is N by default) seemed to be very inconsistent with its ability to stop backup units from utilizing tactics such as pits on AI, so I decided to fix that. With this mod installed, you now have complete control over when backup units go in for a pit on the suspect vehicle (by utilizing the pursuit menu and enabling/disabling tactics, which actually works properly now!). AI is also a bit more tame, when tactics are disabled, AI will just follow the suspect in a proper line. backup AI units will even slow down for you if you attempt to take primary, and they do not fight you for primary position in a pursuit. This mod does not change suspect AI, or any AI that is not labeled as police.
 
What this mod does:
AI units no longer drive out in front of suspects when joining pursuits to try and "block" the suspect (weirdly enough this was an intentional feature)
AI units are more tame and will follow the suspect in a line (especially when tactics are disabled)
AI units no longer crash into each other constantly during pursuits to fight for a position
AI units do their best to stay behind the suspect vehicle, they do not try and drive out in front of the suspect to block them
The default LSPDFR pursuit menu works properly now, if tactics are disabled, AI units do not try and pit the suspects, they will only move in for pits when tactics are enabled.
AI units slow down for you if you try and pass them to take primary, and if you want the AI to take primary you pull over and let them pass (you need to make a complete stop on your car or else it may look a bit buggy)
 
NOTE: Tactics in the pursuit menu are usually enabled by default when the pursuit starts, so make sure to disable it if you do not want AI to go for pits.
 
KNOWN ISSUES: Sometimes, even though you disable tactics in the pursuit menu, the AI will still try and pit the suspect, this can be fixed by simply cycling the tactics between enabled and disabled. 
 
To get the best result from this mod, I recommend you install AI Traffic Fluidity and Discipline (link to the mod below). if you do not install it, you may not get the same results that I did. But it is not required, this mod will work just fine without it.
