  1. So if you're saying I can play it without errors on startup (such as SecuLauncher which I always seem to get nowadays with my old PC idk why), I'll be able to play really good? It's just a single GPU, I thought I could only play Medium at 40FPS, I guess I can do more?
  2. Hey there guys. I lost access to my last LCPDFR account and couldn't reset it (doesn't matter anyway), so I created a new one. Anywho, on my birthday (November 30th) my new computer should arrive. I haven't ordered it yet as it is not completely final, but I want to make sure I can run GTA IV at great settings as I've never had a great experience with it as my computer sucks. My most important specs will be: Motherboard = MSI Z170 CPU = Intel i7 6700K GPU = EVGA SC NVidia GTX 970 OS = Microsoft Windows 10 Home Anyone have similar specs and know what good settings I can do, if I can install a good ENB, and what my framerate will be? I've seen online that because of it's VRAM being under 4GB (a marketing failure), that it has issues running some games. Will this be true for me? I can't afford a 980 in my build. Also, is the processor/MB good? Edit: Wrong processor, I forgot. Changed.
  3. Within the TrafficFlow *.ini file, it explains that it isn't spawning those twenty vehicles, rather using a different mechanism with the names listed. I suggest you read that before you come to the assumption that it will only load a specific twenty cars listed in the *.ini.
  4. Bonjour monsieur! Pourriez-vous se il vous plaît nous montrer spécifications de votre ordinateur? Une erreur fatale peut avoir quelque chose à voir avec cela. Merci!
  5. You can fix this by either going into the "trainer.ini" file or in-game. TRAINER.INI: Note: You can open *.ini files with a text editor, such as WordPad, Microsoft Word, or the most used NotePad and NotePad++. NotePad++ represents most coding bunches but to be honest, it doesn't really matter, it's your preference. Open up your "trainer.ini" file and look into it. You must edit a line in the "////DEFAULTS SECTION////". Replace the line KeyBindingsDisabled=0 //Key Bindings (except menu keys) disabled on startup with KeyBindingsDisabled=1 //Key Bindings (except menu keys) disabled on startup Or, you can replace your "trainer.ini" file's text with this. INGAME: By going to "Options" page 1, near the end, on the right side of your screen, there is a line that says "Enable/Disable Keys", and toggle that. Note this is temporary, aside from a permanent on-start change with the "trainer.ini" method. Regards.
  6. Is this going to get solved? Many others and I, obviously including the poster, have the same issue and every forum regarding this error seems to just come to an unexpected end, and basically the post is never seen again. Why?
  7. You're going to want to post your specs, a picture of your GTA 4 directory, an advancedhook.log, and lcpdfr.log.
  8. Okay. You told us quite a few replies ago to download the C++ 2010 x86 and we did that.. so we can't install it again. We just uninstalled the 64 bit version of 2010 C++ and still it doesn't work. We just did the manual installation and it still does not work. EDIT: We just restarted the game after the manual install and he just claimed he installed some x64 and it just worked.. Thanks I suppose.
  9. Sorry, must've said 'n' by accident. Once my mate gets online I'll try this " Try installing this: http://www.microsoft...ls.aspx?id=5555, 32 bit (x86) version. If there is still the problem after installing that, then try uninstalling the 64 bit version of the 2010 C++ Redistributable. "
  10. We did set it to read-only, and we do run the game as administrator, but still no luck. Also, no log files for those two.

  12. Alright, we were able to install the C++ link you gave us, but not the DirectX or the .NET framework because they are already in the computer by default Yet, when he starts his game now, without hitting any buttons, it says "Load Successful" then Error in LCPDFR.Loader.loader. No paragraph underneath it. We uninstalled and re-installed LCPDFR yet it still does this But.... the script console does open when he presses the "~" key... but ELS still refuses to work.
  13. Hello there, I need help again. This time, I am requesting help for my friend who is having troubles with LCPDFR. His LCPDFR, (also his ELS) do not start when he presses ALT+P. What's very interesting is that the diagnostics tool says he needs the 2012 Redist x86, yet he does indeed have it. We've reinstalled it many times (I help him with www.join.me mouse control) and it does absolutely nothing, but just replacing it. The diagnostic tool says he still doesn't have it. Also, he can't even open the Script console, using the '~' key. Also, he does have .NET framework, but when he tries to install it, he can't, it is pre-installed on his system by default. Specs: http://prntscr.com/4nt4xn Installed Programs: http://prntscr.com/4nt4pw GTA IV Directory: http://prntscr.com/4nt479 LCPDFR log: none .-. ScriptHookDotNet log: none ScriptHook log: http://prntscr.com/4nt60x I would really appreciate if you help me (and my friend) with this issue. He bought the game solely for LCPDFR, and if he doesn't get it he's uninstalling it and I owe him 30 bucks, apparently. Thanks in advance, PursuingDeath
  14. Hey, thought maybe I could help.... Make sure you start up GTA IV using LaunchGTAIV.exe and right click, and hit Run as Administrator. (You can create a shortcut for that .exe on your desktop, just make sure you right click and run it as administrator!) When your GTA IV has started up, Niko is standing in his apartment, I would recommend walking outside, then hitting ALT+P, if you haven't already done that, that's what you need to hit to enable the actual mod. Also, as of 1.0c, it shouldn't be some red circle, there should be about 3 police badges on your map, and you need to go one of the police stations, and walk into the yellow marker. - If this helped, make sure you hit "Mark Solved" on my post! EDIT: Also, an LCPDFR.log would be appreciated. (found in your GTAIV directory)
  15. Hi there, I actually wasted my time making this post, and am sorry to waste your time. I, for one last time (after many times of trying) checked the Diagnostics tool it told me no DirectX... apparently. installed DirectX and bam, working! I did also uninstall that 64 bit version and it still remained working, though! Anyways, thanks for your help.
