    Just thought i should let everyone know, i just uploaded a update, in which i included a readme with how to insert the pictures, AND a link to Microsoft Access Runtime.  MS Access runtime is free but 130-160mb download.  You can then run ANY microsoft Access database.
     
    This should make my file work for just about anyone. 
     
    Let me know how things go.  The update is just waiting for approval.

    Here are the new pictures! I am using a new ENB called Aztec ENB from Gta4-mods.com! My god do the new lights look sweet! You will notice in the picture i have the car door open and if you download the pictures to a folder and view them quickly by pressing arrow keys it looks like a video and you can see what the lights kinda look like in action! I have to make a new video now. I will upload it tonight cause it takes an hour to upload. Sorry about the spoiler tags, i dont know how to do them, so I will put the pictures on here as a link...

    P.S. I should add one little tid bit. It is the exact same police car as the other pictures and the exact same time of day! FANTASTIC!
