So the game definitely crashes when the ranger ATV spawns in for me. The error i get is: ERR_MEM_EMBEDDEDALLOC_GAURD_1. I suspect that the coast guard boat has the same effect. I am using the patch for memory errors but it didn't help. Do you guys have any insight on how to fix this? Maybe there is a file that isn't being properly configured by the installer? I got BCSO to work right in their jurisdiction by manually editing the file as someone alluded to earlier so maybe this error is stemming from the same problem? But I'm not sure what files would need fixing so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, Is there anyone else who is having a problem with the BCSO addition; the BCSO isn't spawning in their jurisdiction. Is there a known solution for this? Thanks

Hello, I've installed the mod but I'm having two issues: 1) the BCSO isn't spawning in their jurisdictions. They only spawn at their stations. 2) I suspect that port authority/coast guard and ATV units cause the game to crash. This is one crash report: Another crash involved memory error.

I'm really enjoying it! Love the Gresley and BCSO skins. Can't wait for 3.0.

So for anyone that cares I fixed the problem. I isolated it down to two possible things I was doing wrong. Here is what I did to fix the problem: 1) I installed OpenIV.ASI within the OpenIV program and also installed the ASI loader. I don't remember if it was said that those were needed in the documentation. 2) If that doesn't work, I downloaded C++ Redistributable 2013 and 2015 and the latest .NET framework. I already had them installed but repaired them. Those are the two things I did and then RDE worked for me. Great mod! Hope this helps!

@Yard1I'll try to install it again, let you know how it goes. Hopefully I'm just an illiterate moron that's been placing the files in the wrong place somewhere.

Hi Yard1, As I've mentioned, "fresh copy of GTA V with only LSPDFR and RagePluginHook, ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet installed," so LSPDFR and just those three other plugins, but those are all necessary right? Thanks

Hello, So I have been trying to get this mod to work. I was really looking forward to it, problem is it won't work. At all. I'm pretty sure I've tried everything, and am looking for some help or maybe some fresh ideas. I've read through all the comments on this thread and nothing has worked. I've downloaded the mod on a fresh copy of GTA V with only LSPDFR and RagePluginHook, ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet installed. All up to date. I've downloaded both of the "IMPORTANT" files and added them in using OpenIV. I've done a manual install, didn't work. I used the OpenIV installer, that didn't work. I tried safe mode, didn't work. I did a manual install and then on top of that used the installer in case the auto installer was missing some files as someone on this thread alluded to, didn't work. After each of these stages I tested the game as well, not just mashing everything together all at once. Also have Visual C++ 2015 installed, maybe not up to date? But it only gave me the repair option so I assumed it's up to date. The error that I'm getting is that my game is corrupt. I start ragepluginhook and the splash screen starts, the social club launcher starts, then when the game should go into full screen, it crashes and gives a "game is corrupt" error. I've started from a fresh copy of GTA V twice and a third time, the first time I tried to get the mod to work, I had some other plugins installed. I'm totally lost, please help. Thanks guys. Also forgot to add specs. Some of you have mentioned people expect their computers to run better than they can handle. I'm fairly certain these specs are decent and shouldn't be a problem, but I'm no expert in building computers, especially as this one has quite a few years under its belt.
