    yeah on my old computer I had the same issue with the lines.... I upgraded to alienware and have no problems at all...

    @Albo1125 I got it.. it successfully went through..... but after 7-10 minutes now my whole lspdfr crashes.... smh.... always something.

    @albo1125 - here is the message I am now getting.. " Traffic Policer was unable to load and was unable to detect the required new audio files " which I just downloaded and replaced in my directory " Arrest Manager was unable to detect required new audio files "

    @albo1125 so I downloaded the new arrest manager and it still says that upload failed about some audio news file
