  1. I don't think that you should base your view of the coach off of some speculation made by your friend. You may think you're bad, but you may actually be a good player in his eyes. I wouldn't go assuming he's a pedo.
  2. I was spanked as a child, and yes, it DID teach me what was right and what was wrong. I don't believe that a child is really going to sit down and listen to what you have to say. Slight pain is a way to show them that something is wrong, and it also makes them fearful of doing it again. And for people saying that spanking a child is what bad o parent's do, you're wrong. My parents are great, and they spanked me. Now kids just do what they want because they know that they'll just get talked to and not get a punishment that really affects them.
  3. Just my kind of thread! :) To be honest, this is such a tough choice. But here we go anyway: 1. A-10 Thunderbolt II (Which is trying to be phased out by the AirForce, and being replaced by the not-so-equal F-35 Lightning II. Luckily, there is congressional opposition.) 2. F-15E Strike Eagle 3. F/A-18E Super Hornet 4. F-16C Fighting Falcon 5. F-22 Raptor This is very difficult to post because I find myself questioning my list, but I don't think it's a huge deal anyway. :)
  4. Well, have you ever thought that is may also be the size and population that has to be kept up with? Those coal pants and gas pipelines are responsible for providing the citizens with the energy and resources we need. Also, I respectfully disagree that the Earth can't take care of itself. If we all die because of our own actions, the Earth will recover, just as it did after the meteor struck Earth and practically killed everything. And if not, then God will take care of it, but that's a debate for another day. :)
  5. Okay, so what ahould we do? Should people who have jobs far away walk 2 hours every day instead of drive? Should we stop all of our factories for running and just import ALL of our goods from other countries? No. When I look outside, I see no trash, clear skies, and the beauty of nature. I don't see smog, piles of trash and oil spills everywhere. Either way, I am not one of those huggers or gullible peoploe who actually believes that humans cause global warming. The planet can take care of itself. The flag is a representation of the past, both good and bad. It represnts who we are and what the American people have been through together. We have reasons to be proud of who we are. As for your statement "even though you obviously aren't" is clearly an opinion, and you are allowed to think that. The flag to us is not "just a piece of cloth". Us Americans are patriotic people, and I don't know why people are so offended by it. You have just as much Freedom to be patriotic yourself, but it's your choice to be.
  6. Well, I wasn't sure what you meant. My apologies.
  7. I will continue to fly my flag out front, and I will wear my patriotic shirts. “Here is your country. Cherish these natural wonders, cherish the natural resources, cherish the history and romance as a sacred heritage, for your children and your children's children. Do not let selfish men or greedy interests skin your country of its beauty, its riches or its romance.” ― Theodore Roosevelt
  8. So when any business hangs a flag, do they have to hang every flag of every nation? Because the flag I fly in my front yard is one flag. And if someone is offended by it, they'll have to rip it down.
  9. Oh, I'm sorry that we don't want illegal aliens in our country. Lets just open the borders and let them all in! Are illegal aliens not a problem in your eyes? Because to me, they are. I don't mind legally entering a country, but I have no sympathy for illegal aliens.
  10. Here is a more reasonable and liable news source (in my opinion): http://dailycaller.com/2015/03/06/us-college-bans-american-flag-to-be-more-inclusive/ Yes, it is a conservative website, but its less manipulative. Anway, people nowadays try to ban anything they don't like. Like I said, this seems to be a popular thing to do among liberals in California, as well as other liberal states (Like I said, not all are like this). I guess they cannot tolerate the fact that people have different viewpoints. The rest of the school has really no say on what happens on this student body.
  11. After further review, you are correct. But it is still suprising to me that the students themselves would support this. In my opinion, this infrienges on the first ammendment rights of the stuents. Flying a flag is freedom of expression. Who cares if someone is offended by a flag? It's your right to be pround of where you came from. So you could say that it is even the simple idea that frustrates me. In the future, I will do more research before blindly posting like that, I aplogize.
  12. The article speaks for itself. As a patriotic American, this infuriates me. This is pretty much taking away the first ammendment from the students of this univerity. Why do people feel this is okay? Part of the law states that “[F]reedom of speech, in a space that aims to be as inclusive as possible[,] can be interpreted as hate speech,” the bill reads. So, what does this translate to? It means that if anything you say or do is offensive to someone, it can be considered "Hate Speech"! Restricting the freedom of expression is apparently an acceptable and reasonable thing to do. Not suprising though, considering that most of California is full of liberals, and this seems to go along with the liberal idealogy. I realize that not all liberals are like this. This seems to be more of a very VERY far left liberal act. This is not meant to start a flame war, so please do not interpret it in that way. Do you believe that this is a fair law? http://rightwingnews.com/democrats/university-of-california-bans-the-american-flag-as-offensive/
  13. Good luck. They denied a request to release it to the public. A bit fishy, huh?
  14. In this circumstance, I do not believe that the government should intervene. I'm pretty sure the 332 page regulation document has a LOT more than just ISP regulations.
  15. Yes, because restricting someone from doing what they want with their business is totally democratic. Weather it's good or bad business practice, people can leave if they want. We don't need the government bossing them around. No mean to disrespect, I just believe this is BAD. There they go again, taking away our first and second amendments.
  16. It only makes sense, and is fair, that those using so much and stressing the network pay a little bit more, money they can easily afford to give customers the speeds they want while paying for the traffic they use. Do people think the cloud is actually a real cloud that is completely free? No, it's billions of dollars of servers, fiber, and copper. I honestly don't see how this is even debatable, but that's my opinion. You may think it is a stretch, but to me, this is just the first step to gaining control. What I mean by that is, the government can now slowly start to regulate the internet more and more now that they have control. It's only going to get worse from here.
  17. I agree, but also disagree. Yes, not all liberals supports this, but I think that more liberals support this than conservatives.
  18. NO! This is bad! Just another way for the government to control and censor our freedoms here in the U.S. Might I mention that no one in the public is allowed to look through the 332 page regulation plan? Now ISPs are controlled and the government has total control over the internet. This is outrageously idiotic. Why do the liberals keep supporting things like this? Do they enjoy being oppressed? Who knows, this post might be gone soon because it's "Hate Speech".
  19. It's a bird. I don't think it should be made out to be more than it is.
  20. Well, same goes for military jets. They aren't designed for formation flight but they do anyway. :)
  21. Compare that to the Blue Angels' 18-inch wing tip to canopy separation.
  22. A&W Root Beer as well as Arizona Green Tea.
  23. I'd suggest getting am AM3+ series processor and motherboard.
  24. I beg to differ. I have pushed my FX-8350 to 4.8Ghz and it's very stable. Not trying to start anything, I just respectfully disagree. :)
  25. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/11/19/us/politics/what-does-the-proposed-keystone-xl-pipeline-entail.html?_r=0
