    ok... I talked to the author, he said its not compatible, and he is releasing a newer version soon.

    Make sure everything is in the Folder "LSPDFR" in your gta 5 directory.

    If you have GTA 5 for steam go to Library -> right click gta5 --> Properties --> Local Files --> Verify game Let this do its thing and it should work.
