The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I feel you, bro. The same issue is happening to me since a couple days too. I have no clue of how to fix it. I have tried almost everything (download Rage again...download the mod again...)

The only advice I can give you is to download the latest uploaded file of LSPDFR (they posted a new one a week ago) :( maybe that fixes other issues you didn't come across yet with callouts.

ok... I talked to the author, he said its not compatible, and he is releasing a newer version soon.
