I beleive the problem may be a callout plugin as the game runs fine before I go on duty. All of the plugins I have are updated for 0.4 use. Arrest Manager, Assorted Callouts, BetterEMS, British Policing Script, CalloutManager, ComputerPlus, K9 Partner, LSPDFR+, PeterUCallouts, PoliceSmartRadio, SearchWarrant, SpikeStripsBackup, StoreRobberys, Traffic Policer, UnitedCallouts and WildernessCallouts.

If this is for IV shouldn't it be in the IV mods section not the V mods section?? -
A Stolen Emergency Vehicle call isn't fitting for a UK themed pack considering it's something that hardly ever happens. If you're struggling for ideas for other calls I'd suggest watching UK based tv shows like Police Interceptors, Road Wars or Traffic Cops and try making calls based on the calls received on those. I'd also suggest taking a look at other callout packs to see what calls they have and avoid including those commonly found. -

I've just had to do a fresh install of GTA, because the latest update screwed everything up, and haven't installed 0.3 in anticipation for 0.4. So when 0.4 comes out I can just jump straight in with no bother.

The sentence "You seem to of" makes no grammatical sence. It is indeed have, not of, e.g. the point is something you have missed. Think of the point as an object and you have just passed in a car. Makes it a little easier to understand. Anyway... getting back on topic.

You seem to have missed the bit where FKDZ said "You understand this is all done voluntarily right" You do know what voluntarily means don't you? Nobody is forcing you to do these things. If you don't like the features then don't use them. It couldn't get any easier than that.

TPAC or Tactical Pursuit and Containment is when either 3 or 4 cars create a box around the suspect vehicle forcing it to stop safely. I'd suggest checking out this demo video. https://goo.gl/VPVoLJ

In regards to pursuits, will the ability to TPAC a suspect safely with AI units be an option? I'm tired of either myself or the AI having to ram the suspect off the road to bring pursuits to an end.

Cheers for this info. I've managed to stop my unmarked BMW from almost flipping on every corner. I may be tempted to use it more now.

Also It would be nice if when chasing a criminal on foot they don't fall flat on their face every couple of feet.

Looking great, looking forward to it's release. It'd be nice if the character creator included British uniforms and not just US ones.
