    but you can still play with mods :) i will wait at a fix of this problem or to the next gta 5 update and hope that everything will work then ;)

    hey guys , thankfully i had a backup of the version before the update and still can play normal with mods , i blocked in my modded gta5 folder gta 5.exe , playgta5.exe and GtaVLauncher.exe and its not updating. i too added -scOfflineOnly to my commandline.txt. i will wait now if there is a solution for this problem but now my game is working with LSPD:FR with mods and i can play and that makes me happy :) and sorry for my bad english if i made mistakes :) i blocked the three files with AVG Internet Security 2015
