Cop Holster is an RPH plugin that adds some unique functionality to the police handgun holster. It removes the handgun from the holster if a pistol is a drawn. It also comes with intimidation mode -- a simple feature that allows you to put your hand on your holster. Cop Holster works with both the player and AI officers.

Requirements
RAGEPluginHook 0.23 or higher.
 
Installation
Place CopHolster.dll and CopHolster.xml in your Plugins folder.
When ingame, open the RPH console (default F4) and type LoadPlugin CopHolster.dll.
 
Features
Dynamic holsters for both the player an AI officers. Animations that automatically play when holstering and unholstering. Intimidation mode, a feature that allows you to put your hand on your holster. Toggle with Right Shift Key (keyboard) or Left DPad (controller). Highly configurable! Turn off animations, change keys, add new ped models for Cop Holster support, you name it.  
Questions
Does this come with RDE support?
The RDE Cop Holster config file is in the RDE 3.1 download.
 
Does this come with EUP support?
Yes. Cop Holster comes with support for EUP 7.5.
 
How does Cop Holster work?
All ped models in GTA have what are called drawables. They are pieces of clothing or equipment that can vary between instances of that model. Many of the default cop models have two holster drawables. One is empty, and one has a pistol. Cop Holster simply changes between those two drawables depending on if you have your pistol drawn or not to give the illusion that you are taking the pistol out of the holster.   

I'm a ped model developer and would like to make my model work with Cop Holster. How would I go about doing that?

This is a standardized Patrol Belt, used by everyday officers in the field. This belt is recommended to be used alongside a tactical vest, or some sort of outer carrier equipped with a taser as this belt does not have one. I think many people are tired of carrying around two tasers on their character, so this belt was created.

This is a complete set of xml files for setting up Ultimate Backup to have EUP Uniforms.
 
Files are ready to play as-is but, they are very easily customizable for your chosen vehicles. 
 
Required before using these xml scripts:

Features
These files will allow to use some of the EUP Outifts for your character but also for NPCs (ambient spawns and backup)

The files only cover the basics for now, so you'll the main agencies like LSPD, LSSD, SAHP, FIB, NOOSE, SASP, DOA, NYSP, SASPA and etc.
These configs doesn't includes RHPD, DPPD, BCSO and such, which means these configs only relies on EUP packs and nothing else. You don't need any particular car slots.
Although I am planning something else for the future, which will enhance your LSPDFR experience with more customisations, agencies, cars ans stations.

February 2026: Michael21107 has kindly volunteered to update this plugin and keep it working for people, as I am currently not active in the LSPDFR modding scene. He's hardly a coder, so please feel free to contribute to the project by opening pull requests and issues on the GitHub repository. Bug reports and suggestions may also be sent via comments here, but must NOT be sent via reviews.

To the best of my knowledge, this plugin remains functional as is. Unfortunately, without a working game and no time to code anymore, I can no longer support my developed plugins. All my code is available on GitHub if people want to steal/update the plugins themselves. As expected with such a long development pause, this plugin wasn't tested on GTA V Enhanced, so please report any issues with that as well.
 
Common problems: 
1. It is not pulling the car over:
This mod does not start the pullover process. You need to pull the vehicle over with LSPDFR first.
2. Number pad not working:
Ensure Numlock is on, or the numpad will not work.
3. Pullover gets cancelled:
This is usually caused by a conflicting keybinding, for example, left shift. Check your keybinding settings.
4. Mimic Me causes the driver to crash when I stop the mimic feature
Yeah - that annoyed me too, but I never managed to find what in the code was causing it. Sorry. 
 
Even though many plugins have superseded Traffic Policer in various ways, Custom Pullover remains the only plugin that maintains this feature.
 
Custom Pullover allows just that. Once the suspect comes to a stop, you can then select from 3 options using your hot keys: 
Mimic me: The car movements will mimic the movements made by your vehicle
Follow me: Pull in front, and the suspect will follow you to a new location
Custom location: Use the number keys (or what you set in the INI file) to choose a point in front for the suspect to move to
 

While I did this just for myself, to make my LSPDFR experience a little better, some friends have asked for a copy. So, with Albo1125's blessing, I release this here for anyone not using Traffic Policer and missing this feature to use as well.

For all the Ontario, Canada players out there looking to add some more realism to their LSPDFR experience!  These are some Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) uniform textures for EUP.  Uniform components include hats, shirts, pants, and vests.  I created these uniforms for my own enjoyment but have had several requests for a download link, so here they are!  Are they a perfect representation of OPP uniforms? No - but they're the best we can get with the standard EUP clothing models and they still make the game more fun.
 
OIV installation file now included for easy installation as its own DLC pack!
Choose between black or dark navy blue uniforms.
 
There are many types of uniforms included:
1) Front-line Officer short-sleeve & long-sleeve uniforms
2) Commissioned Officer (white long-sleeve shirt & tie with vest) - available on the Male model only
3) Commissioner (white long-sleeve shirt & tie, no vest, with epaulettes)
4) Motorcycle Uniform
5) Bicycle Uniform
6) Marine Uniform (not accurate - but the best I could get with the base EUP models)
7) Auxiliary Uniform
 
Be sure to 'Follow' this download so that you receive notifications when updates are posted!
 
IMPORTANT - these texture files will overwrite some of the default EUP textures, so it may "break" some of the default EUP uniforms (they will look weird).  As always, please back up any files before modifying them!
 
What is included in the download?
1) Two OIV installation files: 1 each for black and dark navy blue uniforms - you pick which one to install.  Dark navy blue is more accurate, but black looks really good!
2) LSPDFR outfits.xml file so that you can easily enable AI officers to use your new OPP uniforms (you must edit your own agency.xml and backup.xml files)
3) EUP Menu wardrobe.ini file so that you can easily dress your own character in your new OPP uniforms

In order to use these uniforms, you will need to have EUP Law & Order 8.1 installed.

Customize the Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores police stations to look like Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) detachments.  OPP is the second-largest police service in Canada.
 
Updating the flags will change all USA/LSPD flags in the game to Canada/Ontario flags.

This texture pack is made for medic4523's Ford E-450 Ambulance Pack which is not available on LSPDFR.com for download.  Refer to installation instructions for details about obtaining the vehicle model.
 
Waterloo Region (in Ontario, Canada) actually uses a Chevy ambulance, so this isn't entirely true-to-life, but I couldn't find the right Chevy model anywhere so this will have to do!
 
Includes reflective textures that work really well.

This file contains fixes for the various hooks required for most GTA IV mods including LCPDFR to make them work with the GTA IV Complete Edition. Please note that some features are disabled or might not work correctly as not everything has been updated. Most memory offsets have been ported to patterns to support future (if any) patches. Included are:
 
AdvancedHook.dll - Includes most of its original features except for the livery limit bypass. Many functions will not operate correctly as game offsets have changed
AdvancedHookInit.asi - Fully updated
aCompleteEditionHook.asi - Runtime fix for aru's C++ Script Hook (which is still needed!). Should be feature complete, albeit the original hook relies on field order for a few things and I might not have found all. The name is really just a simple way to make it load before any other asi files so it can fix up the hook early.
ScriptHookDotNet.asi - Fully updated except for the phone number feature
 
Installation
The files act as replacements to the original hooks with the exception of the aCompleteEditionHook.asi file, which still needs the original C++ ScriptHook to run properly. Feel free to change the name if you have asi files loaded earlier. Place all files in the GTA IV directory and launch the game. It is recommended to first install any mods before installing this fix to ensure you are using the latest fixed files.
 
Known LCPDFR issues
I only played LCPDFR briefly, so not much has been tested. One known issue is incorrect keys being displayed in the help boxes sometimes, for instance for the Enter key.
 
Support
Please note that I have no interest in providing any kind of support for GTA IV, LCPDFR or these fixes. I might update the files here occasionally to fix up more functions, but until then a debugger is your best friend if things go south.

Some models are quite large in file size which i apologize about but im  really happy to release this.

The main reason for these specific instructions is due to how GTA V spawns the color of the bus.
If not installed properly, the bus can spawn with very weird colors.
 


To change liveries with SNT, bus signage uses livery1. Main bus livery uses livery2.

Hi girls and some boys that are out there. Welcome to this pack. It is accurate, not based on but whatever not based on would be the Utica Police Department, it is as accurate as possible, and because it is in NY it features forward red and white lighting. A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. This pack is heavily inspired by the Toronto Police Service's current livery. My first livery pack i ever posted on this site was a pretty crude version of one of the TPS's "intermediary" liveries they tried before switching to this one, and thought it would be nice to finally upload something from my home town that i am proud of. This pack is not 100% accurate as i purposefully excluded the little reflective "dots" the real TPS use on their cars, as i personally think they look odd, but i may come back and update this pack in the future. As usual, there is both a marked, and "stealth" livery included for all supported base models.
 
________INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS_________
1. Using the OpenIV program, open up the YTD for the vehicle to replace the skin on (i.e. sheriff.ytd)
2. Find the correct "sign" to replace (tau_sign_1).
3. Click "replace" in the upper right-hand corner and navigate to the download folder where this download is.
4. Select the proper skin for the vehicle, select, and save.

About
Automatic Siren Cutout is a plugin created primarily for ELS users.  This script will automatically turn off your sirens while keeping your emergency lights on when you get out of emergency vehicles.  Be advised, this will not work if you use your mouse to exit your vehicle or toggle your lights.  Keyboard or controller only.
 
Included Features
Friendly Honk:  A fun little feature that makes other emergency vehicles honk their horn or blip their siren at you if you honk or blip your siren at them. Traffic Light Control:  Turn traffic lights green as you approach intersections with stage 3 lighting enabled.  This does not affect AI traffic. Traffic Yielding  AI will drive around your vehicle when you are stopped with stage 3 lighting on.

YES, trough the new LSPDFR 0.4 Datas and XML's , Dracuslayer added the vehicles you install to the LSPD vehicles which are already in the game!
 
That means there are endless slots to fill with vehicles!
------> As LSPDR 0.4 is handling the AI perfect there are No FPS Drops!

INSTALLATION
- All vehicle installation is done through OpenIV's "Install Package" function.
- ELS lights must be installed manually. Copy ELS folder to GTA V Directory.
- Copy lspdfr folder to your GTA V directory.

Better Dispatch Alert Tones
For LSPDFR 0.4
 
This modifications changes the dispatch into tones and add's alert tones* for a realistic gameplay.
I created this mod after I started playing LSPDFR and thought how dull and unrealistic the current dispatch into noises were and plus no alert tones. Well this mod changes all of that, changing dispatch and adding alert tones for that awesome gameplay.
