I have made a Los Angeles County Coroner skin for 0taku's 2016 Chevy Express. 
This model replaces the speedo, which is what the coroner part of Police Radio uses, so I decided to make a skin for it. 

Looks much more official now when the coroners pull up to the crime scene to clean up the bodies. 
I am currently taking suggestions for skins that people would want me to make for any vehicle, as long as it has a template that I can use to make it. 

Credit for creating the car model goes to BritishGamer88, I only created the texture.
If you like the texture, I'd appreciate a quick review! :)
I realize that CHP does not use EVOs, but this is a game and I thought it would be a cool addition to it.

Installation:
1. Download EVO IX Model by BritishGamer (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/police-mitsubishi-evolution-9-pack-marked-unmarked)
2. Use OpenIV and go to: (Mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/vehicle.rpf/sheriff.ytd (or whereever you installed it)
3. Set OpenIV to Edit Mode
4. Open sheriff.ytd
5. Replace paintjob texture
6. Save and enjoy!

I'm very happy to present to you guys the 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe Andreas State Patrol with the livery made to look like Alabama SP.

You will have 5 extra's to choose from:
extra_1 -Wilson CB Antenna
extra_2 -ALPR's
extra_3 -Spotlight
extra_4 -Stalker Radar
extra_5 -Rambar with wrap

 Installation:
You can rename the .yft and .ytd to whatever you want,you don't have to use police.yft.
    For RDE users: Install into update.rpf\update\x64\dlcpacks\rde\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
    Non-RDE users will have to rename the cars to whatever you want, then place in the latest patchday: update.rpf\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9(or 10)\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
        The sirensettings is 1, so change the .metas accordingly, if you need to(Probably won't at this point)
 
To edit handling for the tahoe:

Go to the necessary vehicles.meta, and change the handling id of the slot your using for the tahoe. Replace the handling id with "baller" or "baller2"

INTRO:
I hope you enjoy it very much. This is for vehicle developers only who know how to edit vehicles! If you're looking to simply put it in your game, go to this page:
Please do not message me asking how to edit the vehicle unless it is about a specific feature of the bearcat, the extra seats, etc.For all other questions, please refer to GTA V car modeling tutorials.
 
Donations are always accepted and any amount is greatly appreciated. All donations go towards the costs of vehicle development (Purchasing models, zMod Subscription, etc).
 
FEATURES:
Ten fully functioning seats (Thanks to Yard1 who helped make that possible). All regular/expected car features such as dirt, window cracks, damage, etc.. Fully UV-Mapped and Templated. Custom Handling (Thanks to Sgt. Kanyo for the GTA IV handling line). Can attach boat and small trailers. 2k and 4k textures/templates  
INSTALLATION:
A very in-depth installation is included inside the README in the download, please refer to that for the full instructions.
*** Don't forget to make backups or use a mods folder ***
Using OpenIV, you put everything from the folder Vehicle Files which includes riot.ytd, riot.yft, etc into: update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday8ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf You then place the vehicles.meta into: update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5 You then place the handling.meta into: update>update.rpf>common>data You then place the vehiclelayouts.meta into: update>update.rpf>common>data>ai You need to put all of these files in the correct places or else that vehicle will not work properly.

I bring to you a mini pack of 3 vehicles roughly based on Newport News Sheriffs Office and the Newport News Police Department. I turned them into Liberty vehicles however the Actual RL stlyle skins will be up for download as well.  This was a requested pack i answered from the forums. its getting late so if i left something out of the credits send me a message and ill update it later.

Came across more problems with meh game, so here's the finished half of my "Special Police Pack". Cars are kinda based of the Metro Transit Police Dept from DC,VA, and MD.

Installation:

2rd Car when going on Duty (LSPDFR) Spawn: "Police2" with any trainer  You will see this Audi being driven by IA cops around los santos, spawn parked in certain police stations and will provide backup for when requesting "Local Patrol Unit" backup in Los Santos.
