  1. Yeah I understand that, but It would still be a nice Mod to have, for people with computers that can withstand it. KeepCalm doesn't cause issues for me, but I've heard others have issues with performance with it.
  2. I've been playing LSPDFR a lot recently, and used to play a little of LCPDFR, and I also considered the most annoying part about traffic stops was the civilians that would get to close, honk, or curse out of their window. It's in my opinion, the most un-realistic side that LSPDFR currently has, and I think a plugin that could at least suppress their rage would be an amazing addition. I'm sure multiple members can relate, that It's frustrating when you're doing a traffic stop and people are honking, cursing and blocking your patrol car door.
  3. Hello, Recently there has been an update for GTA 5, when I attempt to install the update it prompts me with a Windows dialoge "Grand Theft Auto V Launcher has stopped working" Ex: http://prntscr.com/bcbpqg. I've attempted the following to fix this issue, as of now they haven't worked: Run in Windows 7 and/or Windows 8 compatablity mode Run as administration (or unblock executable) Re-installed the full last update of the game removed all scripts/mods/additions/skins. Has anyone else experienced this issue, I'll try re-installing the whole game if I have too, but I'd like to attempt to fix it before I wait another 4-6 hours for it to re-install the whole game. Also please note, I didn't install any new scripts, this simply just started happing when I attempted to update to the newest GTA 5 patch.
  4. Hey, It's been years since I've played Grand Theft Auto IV, and It's perhaps one of my favorite story-line games. Is it still possible to play GTA IV (Not Modded) via Windows 10, without tons of crashes? Or has it simply never been updated to operate on Windows 10? Thanks.
  5. Hi, The past couple of hours I've been installing a bunch of new Plugins/Scripts, and also 1 new vehicle. A black chevy truck by Black Jesus: I keep getting a crash everytime I attempt to load the game, I've removed the installed Plugins/Scripts but it still seems to crash, which makes me think it's a car issue. Here is the log report: http://pastebin.com/FBwyQ52F
  6. Yeah, it could be a good addition. It just depends if It's a addition that is worth the work put in for the output out.
  7. I do live in a small area, there are 2 jails near me that house at maximum 80 inmates. I planned to get a degree, but do you really think it is necessary to get it before going into corrections? I understand that It would make it look better, but from what I've read, is the only thing to qualify is Age 19, and diploma or GED. I'm just asking, cause It would sure suck to get a degree before hand, and later find out I didn't need it.
  8. Hi, I've been attempting to pursue a Career in Corrections for around a year now. I plan to stay in corrections for at least 4-6 years to better further my knowledge and experience hands on to go into Law Enforcement. Here is my problem, I don't have a high school diploma and I'm currently getting my GED. As I understand, this puts me at a large disadvantage already. I live in a Small town and plan to work at the county jail as a CO (Jail is not large). The requirements they list are Diploma or GED and at least 19 years of age, and no past-experience needed as they train you. Overall, I'm a good guy. I don't drink, party, smoke, or are related to any illegal activities. I don't result to anger quickly, I'm respectful and know what is expected of me. My dream is to pursue this career, and during this past year preparing for this career I've lost 70 pounds and am now fit and healthy. Even though no military experience, and a GED, do you think It's even possible to get employed with them? During the time in corrections I plan to try and get my Criminal Justice degree, that way it improves my chanced with a PD/SO including my past experience in corrections. Any advise is appreciated. Best Regards, Caleb
  9. I don't exactly think It should be added as a new section, but possible a sub-section under "Character" mods. In my opinion if it was added, only emergency related weapons and things should be added.
  10. I'll try that out, thanks. The installation document must have been out-dated. UPDATE: Worked, thank you. :)
  11. Yeah, I could understand how people would look down upon you for that. But, I understand that the career path I'm looking to pursue will take years to accomplish. If anything, I'd work in corrections for at least 4 years whilst studying Criminal Justice. So, It's a stepping stone, but something I truly plan on doing for awhile. Until the opportunity is presented to switch to PD and/or County Sheriff.
  12. Hi, I've been attempting to install a new pistol in my game. I've tried 2 type's of Glock's and it seems to never implement into the game. The game doesn't update when starting up, I'm uploading them correctly to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf I've tried these weapons: https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/glock-pack, https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/max-payne-3-glock-for-v-animated
  13. Yeah, our Sheriff's manage the Jail and also do switch people to patrol.
  14. Hi, I've been preparing to pursue a career in Law Enforcement and/or Corrections for awhile now. I live in a Small town, and I wanted to get your advise on a decision I've been contemplating over the past week. Since I live in a small town, the regulations for joining Law Enforcement are pretty minimal - Diploma, Police Academy, and some past experience. Even though It would be fairly easier to join Law Enforcement here compared to other areas, I'm thinking of starting off in Corrections. We have 2 county Jail's here with on-site training for CO's. The main reason I'm considering this is, I'd like to have some hands on experience, and also something better to present when attempting to go into Law Enforcement. Do you think I should spend the extra time getting experience as a CO, and then go into Law Enforcement? Or just jump in as soon as possible. Any advise provided in appreciated. Best Regards, atCaleb
