    there is a lot of bugs and you have to avoid them. How? Only with expirience and do not try to rush into conversion or other complicated things. Start with editing default cars, try to add lightbar for example. This will teach you a very important basics and save you a lot of time and nerves in a future. And of course read ALL pined topics on official zmod3 site from above to bottom without of exclusion. Sometimes twice. As many basic things is already explained and covered in tutorials.

    No you would have to create whatever parts that are needed, export them, import them in Zmodeler 3 and work from there.

    You have to first have access to an unlocked vehicle to convert, see the dev. section for some unlocked vehicles and vehicle parts. Then, using ZModeler to reduce the poly count from the high poly limits for GTA V to GTA IV's acceptable poly count.It's really quite complex, several videos exist on YouTube to show stages of it, but you're going against the grain here, most people are converting a GTA IV model into GTA V.
