Hey Guys i have finally been able to complete these and test these cars. I just really wanted to put together a car that had a set up i would choose. its not based of any real world cruiser. if i left anyone out of the credits PM me and i will fix them. Enjoy guys. 
JUST A QUICK NOTE: On the Credits. there is a line on the Model that states " Rims by Rims by GerryStudio, IronicRainbow, & Bxborgs123" This is not suppose to be in there. the dev model released had different rims on it that i chose not to use. this line has been taken out on the description but not in the download. - This is a Ford Police Interceptor Utility California Highway Patrol police SUV.
- This car trys to be as close to the real one as possible.
- Primary lights: CHP code 3
- Secondary lights: CHP code 3 park mode / CHP forward reds park mode (aka traffic stop mode)
- ELS v5 settings: E-01C on primaries, C-01 on secondaries
- ELS v8 settings are included, and you need to use C-03 if you want to use the traffic stop mode
- You must use the handling line provided, otherwise the car will roll over.
- There are 2 wtds included in the rar. One of them can only get dirty on the wheels and one of them can get dirty everywhere.
- Model is locked, however you will be able to find an unlocked version on GPM soon.

--NOTE --

If you wan't to use the fbi car slot, Then you need to use a Trainer to select the white color to show the skin.
Sorry guys i never use the fbi slot so i dint think to make it work correct in that slot. I din't want to edit all the models, Sometimes when i re edit the models i get a shed load of crashes and crazy bugs. So you need to use the trainer for the fbi slot. They all work great in the rest.

2008 Tahoe V4.5 unmarked
Only my second model for release, please provide feedback, will update file.
Model is very large may experience texture loss. Also included in the pack are two handling lines for 2wd and 4wd and ELS settings.
