Make sure to use the handling line included.

how do i include the handling line correctly ?

Copy the line in his description into your handling.dat file, paste it over the top of the numbers that are after POLPAT in the handling file.

Can i change the name to ''fbi'' and put the handling line on fbi? Or does that not work?

I correctly installed the handling line, but now it goes as fast as a Lamborghini...

Look at /gtaiv/common/data/handling

Open with wordpad or something and look for the same name as car in you handling text included then replace that in the handling.dat file and save

You should now be good :)
