Happy Late Easter Everyone!
After 6 months of blood, sweat and pure enraging anger, I'm pleased to present you guys with the Los Santos Police Service Mega-pack. Styled off Toronto Police Service, the pack features a custom made Excalibur light bar which features a dual rotor in the centre, which has dual colour to it (and coronas to match!). And of course, the traffic units in the pack feature TPS style arrowboards. This pack is big enough to cover and reduce many crime types across Los Santos, and includes divisions such as Patrol, Traffic, Slicktop/Unmarked, Emergency Task Force, and Marine. 
 
It's been a long road but it's finally here. Hope you all enjoy.

This pack has various toggleable extras:
All vehicles: Rambar (extra_12),  These can be toggled on/off in any trainer.
 
This file contains ARROW BOARDS on two of it's vehicles. The key's for this are: 'Alt + [' for the arrow boards to be raised. Press it again for them to lower. Standard 'K' key for the lights (as default).

Known Bugs:
Vehicles with arrowboards (Traffic units) can cause R* editor to crash if it's used during the recording. Having the board either up or down when recording should not crash the editor.

Hey everyone! 
The pack is based off of Charleston County Sheriff's Department in South Carolina. I tried to be as accurate as possible with also keeping it uniformed and lore friendly. Included are a K9, a Target Zero,  HEAT, and Forensic Service units in addition to standard patrol. Their older graphics packages as well to give Blaine County a old style look as well.

Accurate led colors
The arrow board raises up and down using els but its opposite so down in ELS is up and up in els is down. Its a bug I can not fix I have tried

It's unfinished in the way of included vehicles. I don't plan on adding any more.

I'm not sure why, I just wanted one), so now I'm on PC I just decided to go ahead and make one). Nothing too special, but hopefully something you can enjoy. The amount of time that went into this project is absolutely insane. But I think it was worth it!
The CHP is my favorite department, so I'ts pretty understandable why I had to do this.

Welcome to Miami-Dade County
Miami-Dade County is a county located in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of Florida. It is the southeastern-most county on the U.S. mainland (Wikipedia). This pack contains a range of Miami-Dade Police Department and Miami-Dade Fire and Rescue vehicles. This pack makes use of T0y's Los Santos Police Department Mega Pack, Trooper Goetz's Pierce Quantum, and downcoldkiller's Ford F-350 Ambulance.
 
This pack is designed to be accurate to the classic single green stripe liveries, along with the bright green fire and rescue vehicles. It took some time to produce this pack and I've had it sitting around for a while. I hope you really enjoy using it!
 
Use it for anything, I don't mind: But if you're going to use the models, make sure you get their creator's permission too!
 
You'll need these models.
 
 

Blaine County Sheriff's Office Pack
 
This is a pack created by myself and in collaboration with @Jedahdiah. This was created with input from him and myself, going for a little bit old style and different setup. Brown, yellow and white are the main colours this helps it stand out we feel. I thin this is all this pack needs to be explained. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

Installation:
 
- Pretty simple install. Use OpenIV or SparkIV to replace "police2" in your vehicles.img (or whichever other vehicle slot you wish to use this Charger in.
- I recommend using the flash patterns included in the download pack. Pre-configured to reflect the real life patterns used by OSP.

Known Bugs: LED board emissives are high poly and have become distorted when attached to other lights, this is how ELS works every light group is attached to each other as a result, you will see a slight distortion on the LED Board, unavoidable atm, working on a fix.

About This File
You probably know about plugin that allows you to have wig-wagging headlights, but has a huge strike on CPU.
I want to introduce you a SOLUTION!
Now you can have wig-wagging headlights and experience NO PERFOMANCE LOSS!
All you need to do is:
1) Download my ELR for V by @Fenix2525WOT

2) You may have noticed that it works INCORRECTLY at night. To fix this, download this plugin and put it into your "Plugins" folder
3) Enjoy wig-wagging headlights without loosing any frame of LSPDFR gameplay!
P.S. Don't forget to load plugin using Startup.rphs or type "LoadPlugin WigWag.dll" into RPH console.
