Thank you all for your replies. So ELS is a modification that I need to download if I want to use some cars?

What is ELS? And is there any game manual / tutorial of some sort? It's hard to be new to this and understand how it works when you don't get some sort of introduction... Or have I missed it? What does ELS mean? How do I get the lights working on cars I have downloaded? I have figured out that you can press the "/" and change light mode on the standard cars, but it's not working on the ones I have downloaded... Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but it has to do with the LCPDFR mod in general.

Hi guys, I have searched but not found any info (I am new to this) on how to install another cruiser to the LCPDFR mod... I have downloaded one of EVI's cars but don't know where to put the files... I hope that I am not being stupid. :) I really enjoy this mod!
