  1. Is this project still going or is it dead?
  2. Ok, so I have had this happen before, the decals no longer show up using EUP. Every time this has occurred, I end up having to remake my mods folder and I'm getting a little frustrated at having to do this. Has anyone else come across this issue and a different fix, other than remaking the mods folder? EDIT: Got my issue resolved so for. Will have to see if it happens again for the umpteenth time.
  3. Have you decided to do something for LSPDFR? Maybe game integration?
  4. great update, I really wish this was for EUP.
  5. The update is suppose to be integrated with police smart radio, but nothing comes up when I go on duty to configure for in vehicle or on foot
  6. I purchased my duty weapon when I was a LEO, I have a Glock 23 and I love the shit out of it. Trusted my life with it and still do to this day

This is my first upload of any kind. I've messed around with making skins for a little while now and decided to release this. I don't care if you change or edit them, but if you do release your edited or changed version, please give proper credit for the base version you used.
  8. what website did you use to make the plates? I'm new to messing with textures and attempting to make my own. Thanks
  9. you may have to remake your mods folder. I have had to do that on several occasions.
  10. Just an opinion and I am not a mod creator by any means, but someone should pick it up from him, if he allows so and update it.
  11. Absolutely a fantastic job guys. If I could possibly make a suggestion? Under call details or under its own button, if would be possible to add filling out your own calls and/or doing incident reports.
  12. what did you do to solve the problem? Others may come across this issue and your input could help them out
  13. I don't know then man. Just threw out there what worked for me
  14. That was me. Do you use steam or disk version? If using steam, try verifying you game files and then remake your mods folder. After I did that, I made a folder on my desktop and copied my mods, update and x64 folders to make a backup. I have had this issue occur a few times and used my backups to fix it, however, there was one instance where the backups didn't and I had to start the process over.
  15. The only thing that I have found to correct it, is I have to completely remake my mods folder. I believe there is something in the vanilla update.rpf that is messing it
  16. rmiers commented on Scarano's file in GTA5 Mods Misc
What is this used for exactly? I'm not trying to sound an a-hole, just genuinely don't know what this would be used for.
  17. I have just tested this update for a very short time and I must say, I love the direction this plugin is going. Keep up the awesome work!!!!
  18. The minimap and minimap_sea locations are in x64b.rpf-data-cdimages-scaleform_generic.rpf
  19. Not sure if it's a EUP or EUP Menu issue, but for some reason decals no long show up when making an uniform for my character. Any help would be appreciated.
