Still impossibly hard They're very hard. Sometimes it takes 5 or 6 tries to solve that shit. Some of us live in countries where handwriting doesn't exist anymore, thus making it very hard to read that crap.

All the plugins I have work with 0.4. I did a fresh reinstall of my entire GTA game after 0.4. anyways. The crash seems to be intermittent.

Hi, I tried doing a traffic stop on a truck, and when it parked I got a crash. I had other crashing issues so I removed almost all the other callouts and plugins to test. I am running only 1 other plugin (Spikestrips V) which I wasn't actively using at the time though. Any idea about what this could be? The log doesn't seem to give me any answers. RagePluginHook.log

Seriously those things are pure bullshit. Like the example in the screenshot. My attempt was apparently wrong. Well maybe then don't put a big fat line inside the letters then? The more advanced captcha (the one with "click all the traffic signs" or "all the cars) is equally dumb as apparently small parts of those items don't count. Why do they make them so bad? Please consider removing them, at the very least for users who aren't new, if robot downloads are what you are fearing. I am certainly getting sick and tired of trying up to 5 times before I get to download something, and often seek to download stuff on other websites if duplicates of certain mods are available.

Yes, it has nothing to do with GTA at all, as it just a windows program that ELS requires. Don't know if it matters, but I installed both the x64 and the x86 versions.

No you need to install it. And if you have C++ 2017 you'll need to uninstall that, then install 2015, and then install 2017. They sure don't make it easy for ya.

Yes, that's the one I downloaded. Got the most recent scripthook as well as I just reinstalled everything.

ELS does not seem to work for me. The script itself works but the lightbars are just grayed out no matter what. All installation instructions were followed 100%, and I even tried reinstalling the whole thing again. No results even with different ELS vehicles. My mistake, works fine on my end now. Didn't have that VC Redist 2015 thing installed, apparently the newer versions don't count, you must have the 2015.
