  1. Massive fps drops with this mod now, for some reason. When removed, at least 30-40fps improvement especially downtown. Mods: GTA Comes alive, Spotlight, Traffic Control, Vehicle Search, Arrest Manager, Assorted Callouts, Better EMS, Code 3 Calls, LSPDFR+, More Callouts, Police Radio, Traffic Police. Running this on a ridiculous setup, TitanX SLI. Cheers
  2. Come back in about a year. ;)
  3. No, I'm just saying it's freeware (and should remain).. so it doesn't need to be perfect for release.
  4. I totally understand wanting to take time to get things like... perfect. But it's always nice to remember that this is a niche group.. with freeware mods.. and users who don't mind getting iterations of improvement like a lot of the current good mods we see. If this were payware, I think it'd make so much more sense to take all the time in the world to make it perfect, after all we'd be paying customers with high expectations ;) Just saying.
  5. As always... impatiently waiting.
  6. I just edited the screen with a screenshot of the LSPDFR forums.. specifically.. this thread Not my pic, however there is a striking resemble between me and the skeleton at the moment.
  7. Came here for my annual check up on whether ELS has been released. Nope.. back to hibernation.
  8. What is up with the front lights missing? The lights above the windshield don't show up after having followed all steps.
  9. Looks amazing, great video. I noticed in a previous video the front strobes located in the blinker lights would make the ground light up... but in this video it's largely absent. Hopefully that hasn't been eliminated, those front strobe reflection off the ground really looked incredible.
  10. I took a month plus vacation from LSPDFR.. came back today knowing for sure ELS would be out already. Back to vacation I guess!
  11. Wish I could. I'm a modeler, definitely not a scripter/coder. Yet, stealth22 created the Traffic Control mod, so clearly there is the ability to control traffic to a degree.
  12. This is a mod that I would literally pay for. As I'm sure everyone here has experienced, and also seen almost daily on Jeff Favignano's channel, AI Drivers are insanely stupid. You can't do anything legit. If you have a crime scene and want to stop traffic, sure, you can use a mod to stop local traffic. But ask for police backup, tow truck, coroner etc and it doesn't work since they can't move. And even if you divert traffic somehow, your police, or ambulance backup arrives screeching tires and running over everyone including yourself. Your pursuit just ended and suspect arrested? Great, how bout the other police units leaving the scene trampling over everyone? How bout police activity in the middle of the road and other civilian AI drivers constantly honking their horns and repeatedly ramming your car trying to get around? And there's always that one driver that somehow finds you in the middle of nowhere and runs you over at 100mph. We need a legit traffic control mod. BAD. If you're on foot, any vehicle should avoid your character at all costs. Allow to stop traffic but let emergency vehicles access. Emergency vehicles driving around your character on foot should be limited to 5-10mph. Need a "keep calm" mod for AI civilians in traffic so they STFU and stay put when the road is blocked. There also HAS to be a better way for backup to arrive. In the Police Radio mod, when you ask for a backup it arrives calmly, carefully and positions itselfs correctly .. why can't other mods do the same? For reference, Jeff Favignano's latest video experiences all the frustrations of this issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0_sj_3d-bc
  13. grimdar posted a gallery image in GTA V Galleries
  14. I personally really like both Radiancev and VisualV installed. But I had to install VisualV first, then Radiance V. For Radiance V i use the brighter version found in the download zip.
  15. I have mine running on Titan X. At 1080p there's no issue, but I can't run the game at 4k unless I have another TitanX in sli. I have another setup with a GTX 970 and it's almost the same performance at 1080p which is pretty sad. I noticed if the game is on a regular HDD the performance especially driving is awful, even with the most powerful setup around. Once you install onto an SSD the performance should be noticeably improved especially driving around. This is mostly due to GTA loading and off-loading areas as you drive around. Also, at one point I had an ENB mod which caused random fps issues when lightbars were on, removing this helped a lot.
  16. Good to know, this problem is absurdly annoying.
  17. Love this car, but man the glass on the windows, headlights and tailights look really odd.
  18. In the last video in that youtube playlist, you can really see that the strobes/leds are bouncing light off structures far ahead of the vehicle like in real life. That's very exciting. The falloff distance of the police lights in default GTAV is embarrassing. I wish there was a way to make them reflect off road signs a lot more too
  19. looks good, but oiv installer.... ugh no thanks
  20. This works! Finally and big thank you. The only issue that seems to be left is when backup arrives from head on. They still ram the suspect vehicle at full speed. Once they're behind you they behave.
  21. This is definitely my favorite CVPI so far, and I've tried a lot of them. Could someone help me with an issue? When the lightbar is on, only some of the lights work. It doesn't look like the screenshots posted. Only one side of the lightbar appears to work. Any ideas?
