Notes:

Vehicles Stealth version are meant to be played with ENB to get the reflective
Effect a real stealth unit has. Playing with default settings will not get you much reflection.
Real Timecycle V5 is recommended for those who can't run ENB Settings.

Install Vehicle Skins:

Unzip the files and send to Desktop.

Using SparkIV, Open Vehicles.img.

open the vehicle model's .wft file you wish to install the skin on.

Once open, Scroll down to the original vehicles template.

Click import, find the skin you want on desktop, click, open

Click save. Save again.

Done.

Notes:

M_Y_COP Model is a black and hispanic cop with short sleeve shirt. skin tone
added as well to the sleeve. Pants are from state trooper replacing the cargo
pants.

M_M_FATCOP_01 Model has a tactical uniform look. Noose pants with cop
jacket. pants have a tazer textured gun on it. It also has belt with equipment on.
Models posess fatcop heads only.

M_Y_SWAT Model is a less bulky model. Swat pants with gunnut body armor on.
noose swat heads and equipment belt around the waist.

Uniforms are dark black, gold stripe on the side.
