Description:
This texture pack is loosely based of West Hartford, Connecticut Police with few changes to fit my taste. Originally this pack was going to be part of a large texture pack but due to the amount of textures for all departments, I decided to release each one independently. Feel free to use my textures in your screenshots, gameplay and show it off in your Youtube videos.

Textures were made with roleplaying in mind and aestethic purposes. Feel free to mix and match or use all.

Installation:
To install a texture, it is very simple and by now everyone should know how to do it.
Follow the same instructions when installing a vehicle.
Once vehicle is installed, replace the car's original texture(s) with any texture you choose.
You can find the textures by right clicking on " carname.ytd " ,click on edit and scrolling down until you find " carname_sign_# "
replace and done. (Check the "carname+hi.ytd" for other textures. sometimes you need to replace this as well.

Tir6 LED Lights

Make backup before modding. Recommended to use mod folder for installation & use light enhancing mods for best looks.
DESCRIPTION:
My mod replaces rockstars police lights with Tir6 LED lights. It also replaces the module lights as well with normal map/bumpmap and spec textures. 
 

INSTALLATION:
Installation requires OpenIV

Textures are loosely based of LVMPD and was not meant to be an exact copy of the actual livery with proper stickers and fonts.
GTA V models will have the new design like in the screenshots except the stanier cruiser. Stanier cruiser and GTA IV models will have the old design. Models used are a mix of generic ELS vehicles released by Yard1 and Lt.Caine.
As always my work is for everyone to use as they wish. Either its for Clans, template for learning, edit for personal use, WIP models. All I ask in return is fair credit.

Generic Texture Pack for Lt.Caine GTAV Vehicle Pack By KPDOFFICER


I decided to make skins for lt.Caine's ELS GTA V models because I wanted to try new vehicles. The skins are very basic and not much thought and effort put into them. The police skins are a copy of a previous pack I made a while back for the real life cars. I decided to rework on the skins but instead make them for lt Caines models. The State Trooper skins are scratch made and went with blue/white because of the lighting setup I had. I also included lighting textures that I use. I wanted to make Sheriff skins but due to my busy work schedule and loss of interest in making skins and completing them I scrapped the sheriff skins idea. Maybe in the future I rework on these and upgrade them once more vehicles are released with more lighting equipment. Sorry for not fully working and dedicating much time into this. I hope you all enjoy and happy Gaming.

This skin pack is a fictional project loosely based on Newark,NJ Police Department. I decided to provide liveries for vehicles from LCPDFR.COM and GTAPOLICEMODS.COM since I know a lot of you prefer high quality/poly models rather than the low poly/decent models I use. I'm not one to use GPM models other than Caine and GFXLE models but I tried digging around for some nice ones. All the vehicles will have 6 skins + 4 unmarked skins, Some even include window textures. License plates are the civilian version and NOT the municipal plates that the New Jersey Police Agencies use. I know that it is not accurate plates but again, its fictional. Also included are uniforms for Policeman546's cop models with shoulder walkie, police with vest and GTAIV vanilla noose models. I hope everyone enjoys the skins and happy gaming.

originally this pack was going to have individual unit numbers and was going to be Michigan based liveries only but since police respond in masses, I decided to remove the car numbers. having 5 units with number #105 is not very realistic in my opinion. I also went with Florida skins instead because I was not liking the Michigan designs. I made the skins for my favorite modeler's vehicles. I chose the cars that are commonly used by the community and are frame rate/texture loss free when installed.

the vehicles I chose are commonly used by other modelers as well, Most of this skins will fit those who use vehicles by Bugs123, KevinDV, Gfxle & Cj24.

I provided only CVPI screenshots because of the amount of textures I have, I was too lazy to provide a photo of every skin at every angle to show them off.

This is a small skin pack that I made for myself so I could patrol with in my LCPDFR commentary YouTube videos and was not sure if I should release it. Originally was just a CVPI, impala and suburban set, Within the first two videos I made with this skins I was getting positive feedback on it that I decided to work on it a bit more adding 4 more vehicle sets. It is a small pack for vehicles I mostly use, so there wont be skins for all the major downloaded vehicles like I usually add. Just skins for schaefft and D:SF crown vics, chargers, Tahoe, impalas and gfxle's models. If I get even more positive feedback and a bunch of downloads, then I'll consider coming back and work on it a lot more adding more cars like I did with my Fictional LCPD skin pack. For now I wont be touching this pack at all, so please don't ask for skins for a car of your choice.


Like always, you may use any vehicle you'd like. You don't have to use the same cars I always use. You will need GFXLE's Impala/Suburban & CJ24 2012 Ohio Charger only, Everything else you can pick a vehicle of your choosing from the many look alike cars up for download and just slap the skin on it.

NOTE:

I only included 4 K9 skins for Bxbugs123 models since he is the only one that makes K9 cars. All the other cars do NOT have K9 variations and I will not be doing any k9 skins unless there is a car with K9 equipment. In v1 I made Citizen Patrol and Crossing guard skins. I did not include those in V2 because I see them useless and a waste of file size. Ped models were not updated.

Tahoe and the Impala skins are only for Cj24's models. they will not fit on any other model unless they share the same
template design. CVPI and charger skins will fit any other model.
2012 Charger skin is for EVI's Charger models only.
With the 2012 Charger, I couldnt replicate the same exact livery as the crown and other vehicles so I came up with my own design for it.
I hope the ones who download this pack are pretty satisfied with the new design. Anyone wants the regular livery let me know and I'll again
to replicate it.

Unzip the files and send to Desktop.

Using SparkIV, Open Vehicles.img.

open the vehicle model's .wft file you wish to install the skin on.

Once open, Scroll down to the original vehicles template.

Click import, find the skin you want on desktop, click, open

Click save. Save again.

Done.

2006 Dodge Charger has 2 sets of plates on the skin. Reason is because when Bxbugs and Lt.Caine
made the templates for their cars. they both mapped it differently. If you Download Lt.Caine's model, His model will
