It would be great to have some models with these wheels on them. That's the 03-05 look that I like. -
Different model years. 98-02, 03-05, and 06-11. Most of what is out is done in the 06-11 but it would be awesome to have 98-02 and 03-05 even though its mostly wheels that are different. I like the steel wheel and the wheel cover look on the 03-05. Plus the whip antenna on the 05.

This did not work for me, this option is already unticked for me and I'm not receiving a fatal error message. When I load GTA with RH it tries to load the trademark screen the exits out saying GTA has stopped working. Loading GTA on its own it work just fine but its a no go with RH. The only mods I have in there right now are RH, SH, and LSDPFR. All are up to date. I have also deleted my mods folder completely so that is not in the game either.

just replace the files with the same name. each light file is named the same as the default light file in the .ytd- 7 comments

I present to you a Los Santos Police and Blaine County Sheriff skin pack. These skins are based off of the San Diego Police Department and San Diego County Sheriff. In the LSPD skins come with skins for the Ford Interceptor Utility, the Ford Crown Victoria, and the Chevy Tahoe. The Crown Victoria skins have an option for Traffic Division and I have tried something new with them. 2 of the traffic skins I have add some paint peel and rust. I have also added detail to the lettering to simulate worn, scrapped, or peeled decals. If you don't like that effect I have added skins with the same unit number with and without the "weathering". The Blaine County skins come with added files to change the light bar glass from red and blue to clear. The light emissive colors will stay red and blue. I hope you guys like it. This pack has become my favorite pack thus far. Right, that's why I was wanting the Vision with the led heads not the rotator heads or the Vision SL. LVMP had the vector then went to the Vision (the led version of the vector) to the Vision SL (the complete redesign like is on the charger pictured above). The Whelen Liberty and the Federal Signal Arjent are getting kind of boring. The federal signal raydian light bar would be a good one to see as well.

Can someone please make a cvpi with a federal signal vision led version or a vision slr? The arjent and liberty light bars are getting boring lol with an option for steel wheels or wheel covers would be awesome!

can I change a cvpi's wheels from the full wheel covers to steelies in open IV or do I have to do it in zmodeler?

I've created this pack for you guys to enjoy. This is a pack of the Chicago Police Department. I've created a skin for Gump"s 2013 Tahoe, MattJeter's 2015 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan, Thehurk's 2013-15 Ford Police Interceptor Utility, and for a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria model that seems to have been removed from the downloads page. If you have download the Vancouver Transit Police crown Victoria that was on here, that was the model that was used due to the correct federal signal lightbar. All skins come with files to change the lights blue. Enjoy!

oh yeah I absolutely understand your accuracy on these models and I commend you for it! the best ones are the ones that go for accuracy. I'm try to make my hometown cars and I'm going for the same type of accuracy, unfortunately zmodeler is kind of a b***h to figure out and its not going well lol- 19 comments

very nice cars! like it was said before, its awesome to have a different lightbar instead of the liberty or arjent. I second the vote for a model with a honeycomb grille. could you make the passenger spotlight an extra if you release another model?

Can someone plz make a youtube video showing in detail how to make the lights work on a lightbar? I think we could really use a step by step video to show us newbies how to do that stuff. Ive tried and tried and cannot get it right. All the current videos are either done on zmodeler2 or the do it without any explaination and your hung out to try and follow what they are doing.

I'm looking for 3 models, First I'm looking for a cvpi with steel wheels, single spotlight, and a federal signal arjent light bar. Second is another cvpi with steel wheels, single spotlight, and a federal signal legend light bar. Third is a 12-14 dodge charger with the full wheel covers, single spotlight, and a federal signal arjent light bar. Each model has some specific extras I would like them to have but this is the basic stuff. My goal with these models is to create some of my local pd cars. I have tried to make them myself with zmodeler 3 but its not going too well. If anyone can help that would be awesome.

I put together a cvpi in zomdeler 3 and export it. Nothing fails during the export but when I load it in to Open IV and view the car, the lightbar and spotlight loose their texture and appear all white. both pieces appear on the car and the car text appears and looks good but the add-ons appear all white. In zmodeler the light bar has all the red and blue colors and the spotlight has a black lamp housing and chrome handle as they should.
