Hi there Sgt. Perez! The vehicle status means whenever it can be edited or not on Zmodeler. The program where the modellers create their vehicles. Yes, it's my native language :-)

Some people don't realize that we are all humans and police are humans too. Sadly, some bad apples damage the image of the force. I am happy that there are people willing to give their life for others, police, firefighters, citizens, everyone who does. I am currently enrolled on a collegue to become a law officer and I will be willing to help and die for helping the good citizens of this country (USA in my case) Nice vid ;-)

Question..... I know it can be simple, but, just to ask you, do you have the mod called Traffic Light Fix, which prevents the poles from braking? If so, delete it. I've used to have that mod and on a clean install with no other mod, I've tried and it makes the game skips frames. OK :) Sorry I couldn't be any helped, hope you find a fix

Ohh, well that sucks -_- I was thinking of releasing those models with els but what is the point I guess. No, no even a bullet, as soon as you shoot, before it even fires it crashes

Hi, I've been working on releasing the stock police els for quite a while but I can't get to fix the bug, that, if you shoot at your windows. GTA:IV will crash instantly. I've been trying numerous times but can't get to fix this and is really frustating. Does someone knows why that occurs?

Thanks for your support guys, but still, that's how I have it and it won't show trough the windows. It's getting frustating, im working with the stock FBI slot. [EDIT: Ok guys thanks, I've figured it out, the windshield_r and windshield were way on top, i put them by the end and bingo. Thanks everybody]

At least so I can create replicas of some departments, not just the textures. Sometimes I want the same lightning but I didn't know how to. But now, I'm getting there Thanks for your support, still you will need ELS so they light up, and about the unlock. The GTAIV stock police is unlocked, I just added a lightbar PFC Wheelen Liberty, and the extras from the rambar and mirrors, are copies of the extras from the lightbar. I don't know much about ZModeler. What's the point of releasing it unlocked, someone will steal my work, I rather have it lock. It's basic modelling but still I put too much effort to learn and have someone claim it as their. I'll think about it Thanks really +1 !!!! Introduction Hi, with this post I wanted to share my work in progress that I've been working and dedicating lots of hours. Yes, I am not a ZModeler expert, I had no previous experience on this 3D modelling, but I've been learning thanks to people who share their knowledge and take from their time to help someone. I will be converting stock police vehicles to ELS. It all started because I wanted the stock police cars on ELS and I don't like to beg someone to do it. I saw there were nobody with the model on ELS at least with them right now and available to the public, so I decided to make them myself. Download Now!
