I was debating if I should upload it in here or should I not and I was discussing this with friends whom wanted me to share my model with everyone else rather gate keeping.
 
I decided to upload this one (solo) model for now and see how it goes from there. 
 
This model is a hybrid with only the valor that are ELS. I designed this model with my own idea and not from any RL LEO's vehicles, so yes. It is a fictional. I hope you guys enjoy this.
 
Please do not take this model and resale, upload anywhere else without my permission, or anything else.
 
NOTE: This model comes as it is... 

Generic 2022 Tahoe with NY based lighting.  Generic means that I didn't base it off anything. Livery is for BCSO but i'm working on a few so it can be used for any jurisdiction.

INSTALLATION
1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the 'mods' folder
3. Move the provided "11john11_lsiapd_pack" folder inside: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Locate 'dlclist.xml': mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
5. Add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:/11john11_lsiapd_pack/

Note that this pack makes use of the new siren shader Rockstar Games
introduced on police cars from recent DLC.
If your lights are barely visible make sure following values are present in the visualsettings.dat:
(located in: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)

You can increase the "on" values if you feel that your lights are too dim, I recommend a value around 750 for day & night

Rolling through the city with that low-key look. This is my take on the Baltimore Police Department 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility – Ghost Edition (Jumpout Boyz Special). It’s got that stealth vibe inspired by real BPD ghost units, perfect for night patrols or traffic enforcement when you wanna stay under the radar but still look official.
Every detail was made to match the real fleet, from the dark-tinted ghost decals to the accurate lighting setup that hits just right in both daylight and at night.
This build was made with attention to realism and respect for the actual department’s style. Whether you’re cruising through the inner city or running code 3 down Pratt Street, this FPIU keeps that authentic Baltimore feel.

Here you go guys after 2 months I think of developing. A 2016 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor unlocked for the public to use! Frankly this is becoming the new Crown Victoria and there is no proper unlocked models for the public to use. Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Gauge needles are not blue, not sure how to do such? Notes:

This is Realistic Traffic AI, my custom traffic overhaul plugin for LSPDFR designed to significantly improve civilian driving behavior and create a more immersive patrol experience.
As we all know, default GTA V traffic can feel robotic, unpredictable, and unrealistic — especially during intersections, pursuits, and freeway driving.
This plugin rebuilds civilian behavior logic to create:
Smarter intersections
Better freeway reactions
Realistic emergency yielding
Intelligent lane behavior
More believable violations

The goal is simple:

Configurable violation percentage (TrafficLightRunPercent)
Drivers are assigned their behavior once per vehicle
No random frame-by-frame flipping
Realistic stopping patterns

95% stop normally
5% may run the red light

Continue through the intersection
Hesitate briefly

This is a SASP Logo for vehicles based on Oregon State Police's current Logo.

I was not able to change the "state of oregon" inside the interior circle due to lack of experience, but did what I could.

This vehicle is an exact replica of how a shop would've been outfitted by the Los Angeles Police Department for their C.R.A.S.H. program (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums) in the year 1986. If you've seen the 1988 film, Colors, this car may look very familiar! The unmarked Chevy Impala was based on these vehicles used by the LAPD. however I have not found any reference of unmarked Chevy Impalas in service with the LAPD.
