will you need other mods to get it work cause the online chr in the locker room and do you will add chopper option to the patrol?

i update the game to start rage plugin hook ass soon is about to go in the game in a message script hook v not support this version after it i try to delete the update but it don't work pls help i got problem with script hook v!!!!!!!
