  2. Update: Seems like I found a fix! Went ahead and changed Main.PreloadAllModels to false and I am not longer crashing. Thank you everyone for the help.
  3. Yep all latest versions. Edit: In terms of the dinput8 this is a clean copy of GTA installed this morning so it was installed with it. Will go ahead and update it to latest though. Edit 2: No change.
  4. Just following up, it won't crash unless LSPDFR has been loaded by RAGE. Was able to go around for about an hour without LSPDFR loaded (but RAGE loaded), but after loading LSPDFR and going on duty crashed after 3 min. Logs still showing nothing: (In the logs below I even tried reinstalling LSPDFR and setting up new char) Crash: https://pastebin.com/PfZqvruA Rage: https://pastebin.com/F4eKbGJz I am really out of ideas at this point. Could it be something with 0.4.8?
  5. Tried that, it allows LSPDFR to start though once I get on duty and start playing it will crash randomly 5-10min in.
  6. No crash while doing that. When I made the folder back to plugins it crashed a few min into the game. Even tried going off duty and still crashed. Log: https://pastebin.com/GDcmUBNS
  7. Nothing that I know of, here are my folders Also as I know people will point out I am running NVE though I have also tested it with and without it same crash regardless.
  8. Computer Specs: RTX 3090, i9-9900k, 64GB Ram, so not a hardware/graphic error in this case. I have tried with and without the mods folder and had no crashes when running without RPH so I know it must be related to something with that. I will get you a new log without it but I don't believe traffic policer is an issue.

  10. The crash is random, so even with it not installed it crashes. The logs are almost exactly the same with the exception of any use of that plugin. I will send another log after school today. Thinking this may be a bigger issue then an addon as I have tried with just a default install as well.
  11. I have tested it with and without Traffic Policer both times it crashes, it works fine as well even though it's not being updated anymore.
  12. Logs are not showing anything, its random and crashes regardless: https://pastebin.com/N2qkPJkr I have even reinstalled the whole game and all mods/plugins but anytime RPH and LSPDFR are loaded it crashes randomly after 10-15min.
  13. Still occurring after trying everything above.

  22. I will try to remove all but default LSPDFR, then go 1 by 1 to try. Will keep everyone updated.

Not sure why I never left a review for this. ELS is very essential and works great! Amazing work.
