Try removing some mods that you have bit by bit to see if you can find what is causing the crash. e.g. I can see you have NoBoundaryLimits.asi installed. I would also try launching GTAV without using RagePluginhook as that will help find out if lspdfr mods are causing the issue or not.

Just to let you know, the new update has put the .dll and .pdb in the plugins folder, they should be in the plugins/lspdfr folder -
You put a comma in one of the options inside a PoliceSmartRadio .ini file, this isn't allowed and is crashing the game.

Launch RagePluginHook then click the settings button, change the setting "plugin threshold" to 60000. If that doesn't work upload the RagePluginHook.log.

Try installing RPH again from here https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx, lspdfr might have installed an older version of RPH -- if that doesn't work, upload your RagePluginHook.log.

If your GTA V is crashing when you launch it normally then you need to verify the files and fix them. A mod you installed probably caused it. Try removing mods such as script hook.

A lot of people are having issues with the non-steam version of GTA V recently. Unfortunately I haven't found any reliable fix yet.

Yes. Take your "mods" folder out of the game files and try to launch
