You have a lot third-party plugins.

I would recommend 16 GB Ram for LSPDFR(if you want to use more mods). For the fastest fix(try) just make a clean reinstall of lspdfr

Also @PandaSlayer you have GrammerPolice.dll and RichAmbiance.dll put directly into your plugins folder. That's not the correct path. Put it into plugins/lspdfr. As well there's no specific error in your code. The game just freezez. Mind telling us your specs?
