    If you were to upgrade the graphic card, pick up a 750 Ti SC if you are on a budget or if you can fork over a little more grab a 760.

    Its okay, CPU is average. I would buy a separate GPU because both of the ones they listed are pretty bad. For 140 bucks pick up the EVGA GTX 750Ti SC 2GB @ Amazon (Link below) Also for RAM 4GB is more then sufficient for gaming but if he goes into video rendering/editing or Photoshop, then it would be better to go for 8GB.
