When im in the cop car when i turn the lights on pressing 'E' the lights & sirens come on and i want to know how to setup to turn on the lights without the sirens??

Hello, so i just purchased GTA IV for steam, and when i try to launch the game it launches into this: https://gyazo.com/635359560d7c5b79aedd7f555d4175c5 Which is okay, but when I put in my social club account, and then Click PLAY i get this: https://gyazo.com/7d97636ac9488057c19937587dc419f4 I've 100% made sure thats my social club login, and I even have made a new account to try it, along with trying my older one, and thats what it says EVERY time, and I have no way around it to play the game, i just want to mod it..

I need help installing this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/max-payne-3-glock-for-v-animated also other light mods like radiance and stuff like that... So what plugins do i need? like scripthook?? i have no clue please help thnx!

Hey guys, I have been playing for like a day now, and I was able to traffic stop, and use backup menu, etc... But now I installed Callouts V, and PoliceRadio, and then It worked for a bit, but then it doesn't work anymore, I cannot do traffic stops or press "B" on my keyboard to open the backup menu. I really want to fix this, but I can't get enough help to do so. Thanks! Hey guys, I don't know if you are like me, But i like having a new, good looking car when I play. It looks way more realistic, because again we are playing LSPDFR for realism right? Well anyways this is VERY simple, and Im sure some people know, but for those people without Triainers, etc. This could come in very handy. All you have to do is press the "~" key on you're keybaord and type "TURTLE" It will fix you're car completely! Enjoy

I have recently installed Police Radio AND Callouts V. THe Callouts V are working fine, and great, But the police radio plugin, with the coroner, etc, does not pop up if i press "C" like it says.. If anyone knows the issue please let me know.

My brother has the 2003 Model of the car. It's a good car V8, and haven't had any problems for a few years now.

Hey guys, I recently just bought GTA 5 on PC, and I have watched people do police roleplays since it came out on GTA IV, and I really want to do it all, BUt i have no clue what I have to do to get all the "plugins" and downloads/mods I need to play. I have GTA 5 bought on Steam also. If anyone can link me a good tutorial or even someone responding here, helping me. Im letting you know i have nothing downloaded so far, Any help is appreciated :)
