Traffic Stops and Backup Menu NOT working!

Hey guys, I have been playing for like a day now, and I was able to traffic stop, and use backup menu, etc... But now I installed Callouts V, and PoliceRadio, and then It worked for a bit, but then it doesn't work anymore, I cannot do traffic stops or press "B" on my keyboard to open the backup menu. I really want to fix this, but I can't get enough help to do so. Thanks!
