Okay so all I did was add in what you had into my ini file.. save it and baaaam works like a charm now.. ty for posting that.

ok wow my ini file looks nothing like that.. this is all that is in it currently. [Miscellaneous] IsDeveloperModeEnabled=True PluginTimeoutThreshold=10000 so yeah something is way off and i reinstalled everything.

Okay good to know I am not alone on the whole F4 not working, I saw someone make a post earlier about In rage hook ini for some reason there is no F4 to open console, basically he says he type it in and it worked.... not sure whether he is correct or what.. leave that stuff to the devs to figure out.

Are people still having issues with F4 doing nothing? I can see the police station locations on the map, see info on the lower right hand side of the screen. Just curious.

Game runs just fine for me.. F4 is another issue.. someone said earlier that they noticed In rage hook ini for some reason there is no F4 to open console no clue though because some people are saying its working.. I need a beer, it's been a long day.
