I'm getting the same thing. Lucky for me I use an email account that I could care less if it gets spammed, as long as it isn't my primary one. This may not be on his end, this could be an issue with LSPDFR website. Obviously he hasn't uploaded a new version in 12 hours so the issue may be out of his hands.. I'm sure he will see these messages and respond in the morning. What people can do if they get annoyed by it is just change the notification preferences for Arrest Manager to not receive any notifications until the issue is fixed.

I understand that, but that mod is so CPU heavy, it's not worth the headache in my opinion. Have you tried adjusting settings in saferchases .ini file? It even says on that download page "WARNING I consider this script resource intensive. If you experience noticeable frame drops, disable some of the features in the .ini file to lighten the load on the CPU.

That would be an easy fix for me, stop using saferchases.

Is it all of your cars or just a few not showing up?

Load up 1 of the cars that doesn't appear in game on your INI Editor and take a screenshot of the Editor and post it..

What conflict are you having? Can you post your RagePluginHook logfile.. Use http://pastebin.com/ to upload your logfile.. Click Create new Paste and copy/paste the link to it here. I can't speak for others, but I can tell you 100% I'm not having any issues with PedSearch or Vehicle Search. I can't even remember ever having any issues with either. Both have worked for me ever since I installed them on Rage Plugin Hook v0.21

So happy to see this updated. Thanks w35 . I wait in anticipation of what's next. So many awesome new ideas many of the developers are coming up with lately.

RAGENativeUI.dll 1.3.1.0 is the version you want to be on. Go to the Traffic Control download page and update your Traffic Control, just replace the Stealth.Common.dll(main directory), (TrafficControl.dll and TrafficControl.ini.) (Plugins Folder) Do not replace your current RAGENativeUI.dll 1.3.1.0 My apologies to Albo1125, we should only be discussing issues related to Assorted Callouts and not someone elses Plugin. @tmcs1995 for any further questions regarding another Callout or Plugin, please post on those pages.

No Traffic Control stays in the Plugins Folder. The developer of Traffic Control recently released an updated version, maybe it just needs updating. Make sure you read everything carefully before you install it.. Don't replace your RAGENativeUI.dll. The one that comes with Assorted Callouts is the updated one.

Did you read the ReadMe? Step #2 "2. Drag the 'Plugins' folder into your GTA V Folder and Replace/Merge all files. ///Know what you're doing? Copy Assorted Callouts.dll/.ini to: GTA V/Plugins/LSPDFR." You have them in the Plugins Folder, they go into the LSPDFR Folder sitting in the Plugins Folder. Both AssortedCallouts.dll and Assorted Callouts.ini go into that LSPDFR Folder

It shouldn't. I use all of those with no problem. Post your RagePluginHook log file to http://pastebin.com/ copy\paste the link to it here. Also, update your Arrest Manager to 5.8.0.3 Go into your Main GTAV Directory and make sure your RAGENativeUI.dll is version 1.3.1.0 Written up top under the most recent change-log it says "Note that the RAGENativeUI DLL packaged with this version is still the older version, v1.3.0. If you have the newer version installed, do not overwrite it!"

No the offline mode shouldn't matter.. The overlay and running recording software in the background might matter, some people have to disable them and some don't. also, if you have an Anti-Virus, temporarily disable it while you're playing for testing purposes only. The strange thing about the stuttering is that it's not constant as you can play without stuttering for 40 minutes.. then again, it makes no sense that a restart instantly fixes it..

Have you tried playing with only Albo1125s Plugins? I'm not experiencing any stuttering. There are others who have said the same thing as you have. Then there are others like me who don't experience these stuttering issues. That makes it very difficult to pinpoint what the issue is.. I can tell you 1 thing I don't do is play LSPDFR with my Anti-Virus running in the background.. I've actually had performance issues with that running in the background, so I temporarily disable it while I'm playing LSPDFR.. Are you running any recording software in the background? If on Steam version, is Steam Overlay disabled? Obviously not everyone has issues with those things, but they can cause conflict with RagePluginHook. Can you post screenshots of your entire GTAV Directory, Plugins Folder and the LSPDFR Folder that is sitting in your Plugins Folder. Use http://imgur.com/ to upload your images and copy/paste the link here.. Maybe others will see something you don't.

If I'm understanding correctly you want to have other Callouts besides Assorted Callouts? So are you wanting to install other Callouts, but don't know where to get them?

Are you talking about Callouts from Assorted Callouts are Callouts that are not from Assorted Callouts?

Do you have other Callout Packs installed?

Can you elaborate on what you mean?
