I just downloaded this and there is no information on what version of EUP you need but your description say 8.9 so I am only guessing it was made fore that, however 8.9 is still in beta so you people would have to get the patreon if they wanted it...

youre correct, Simply stating

please note that the author of the vehicle DID NOT allow the files to be uploaded to that website.... the only way to get the Legit version of either the non-els or els, is on the original authors patreon page... Also both versions are add-on only and will not work as a replace vehicles.. if you Download the vehicle from that link, you are, in essence, using a stolen vehicle...
