Hiya! I've been trying to learn new things about GTA 5 modeling. Recently I've learned how to write the carcols.meta, and other things. I'm still attempting to learn how to make models from scratch, but I'll get it eventually. If you have any questions about modeling / converting ELS to N-els, please contact me on discord.
