    Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) new-livery on the CVPI. As a few of you might know, thanks to elyasZ's images, I have fallen in love with SPVM's new [to me] livery. So naturally, I had to recreate it lol =D

    Definitely a WIP. Will most likely not be released since there are already SPVM skins out there (not to mention, Lt.Caine's awesome SPVL pack)...
