GreenAid reacted to Black Jesus for a file, Generic RambarI'm currently using it as a go rhino rambar, but it's not made accurate to any company. Has a decent dirt map on it, I included the go rhino and a plain texture for it, as well as the COL for it.
It's already fitted for Lundy's charger, so it will require editing for other vehicles.

GreenAid reacted to Black Jesus for a file, LS Metro Transit Police PackCame across more problems with meh game, so here's the finished half of my "Special Police Pack". Cars are kinda based of the Metro Transit Police Dept from DC,VA, and MD.
Features:
Tahoe and Charger SXT Extra Rambar w/ lights, extra seat organizer Breiht Lehgtz Installation:
For RDE users: Install into update.rpf\update\x64\dlcpacks\rde\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ Non-RDE users will have to rename the cars to whatever you want, then place in the latest patchday: update.rpf\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9(or 10)\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ The sirensettings is 1, so change the .metas accordingly, if you need to(Probably won't at this point)
To edit handling for the tahoe:
Go to the necessary vehicles.meta, and change the handling id of the slot your using for the tahoe. Replace the handling id with "baller" or "baller2"
Please report any bugs. I haven't gotten a chance to test the cars in a while, but I don't believe there are any problems.

Two types of job: driver and trash picker. XML based routes, save and settings systems. In-game route creator. Money system(tp upgrade your truck, buy new buildings...) Please read the documentation file included in the download. There it says the requirements, how to install it, how to play it and how to use the in-game route creator. There are two. One is a notepad text file for those who cannot access the other document.
You can do your own routes, and if they are cool share them!

GreenAid reacted to Yard1 for a file, Brute Riot Mapped Default-StyleThis is a Brute Riot (riot) model, UV-mapped to support liveries. No other changes have been made to the vehicle.
Included in the archive are 3 skins - NOOSE TRU, LSPD SWAT and LSSD BEAT. If using High Quality (4096x4096) liveries causes perfofmance problems (it really shouldn't), consider using Standard Quality (2048x2048) versions.
Multiple liveries are not supported without editing vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta.
--------------------------------------
Installation:
IT'S VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. MAKE BACKUPS!
Install with OpenIV:
Files from "Vehicles" folder to update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
--------------------------------------
This download is exclusive to LCPDFR.com and GTA5-mods.
Feel free to edit the file, just make sure to credit me. However, don't re-upload if you have not changed anything.

GreenAid reacted to Lt.Caine for a file, Player Location DisplayPLD–Player Location Display is a script modification that displays the player's current location (including street name or intersection, area name, and region) at the bottom-left corner of the user's screen.
DESCRIPTION
− PLD displays the player’s current in-game location on the screen.
− Location includes street name or intersection, district name, and region.
− PLD also displays the current in-game time.
− PLD allows the user to toggle the size of the radar and provides some informative multiplayer** features.
NOTES
− Consult the FEATURE INFO file to learn more about PLD and its features.
− It is recommended that you disable subtitles (PAUSE > SETTINGS > DISPLAY > SUBTITLES) when using PLD to prevent overlap.
− **Multiplayer is understood to be a 3rd party multiplayer mod, such as FiveReborn.
INSTALLATION
− A GTAV ScriptHook must be installed for any .asi modification to work. The original may be found HERE.
− Using script modifications in GTA Online can result in a temporary or permanent ban from the service.
− 1. Place the .asi and .ini files provided in the download inside your main GTAV game directory.
− 2. Modify the .ini file as you see fit.
− 3. Start your game.
CREDITS
− PLD is coded by Lt.Caine.
− Thank you to Alexander Blade without whose work scripting for GTAV would not be possible.

GreenAid reacted to Lt.Caine for a file, Emergency Lighting System IVELS-IV V8.5x is the latest update to one of the most popular mods ever created for a GTA title - enhancing all forms of emergency lighting in GTA IV.
NOTES
− ELS is a ".ASI" script mod.
− ELS will only work correctly when used with ELS-enabled vehicles.
− ELS V8 uses new powerful features made possible by the AdvancedHook Library System, created by LMS--read his blog article about it here.
IMPORTANT
− Please consult the ELS User Guide and other documentation provided prior to use.
− ELS V8.5 VCFs and configuration files are compatible with ELS V8.51, and no adjustments are required.
− ELS V8.0 VCFs are compatible with ELS V8.5, however, in order to take advantage of some new features, slight adjustments are required.
− ELS V7.0 vehicle configuration files (VCFs) are not completely compatible with ELS V8.5. Aconversion guide is provided in the documentation.
− Always keep your AdvancedHook.dll up to date. If you already have a more recent version of the file installed, do not replace it with the one contained in the ELS download.
− You may need to download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redist. Package (found here).
− You may need to download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redist. for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 (found here).
− You may need to download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redist. for Visual Studio 2013 (found here).
KNOWN ISSUES
− (The following issues have been cataloged during testing and are under watch. Updates will be made once permanent solutions are discovered.)
− The ELS lights on AI vehicles may sometimes be slow to turn off; increasing the values of the ClearRandAiExtrasXX options may help mitigate this issue.
− In multiplayer, the session host may be unable to see the ELS lights of other players' vehicles past a certain distance.
− In multiplayer, there is an issue where the user will hear a random ELS "beep" sound and this will be followed by a crash.
− In multipalyer, repairing the vehicle may cause the user's ELS lights to de-synchronize; setting the system to LSTG3 and back to 0 once or twice should correct this issue.
CREDITS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
− ELS is coded by Lt.Caine.
− LMS, for his powerful AdvancedHook, the amazing features of which (including the vehicle damage system) ELS depends upon, in addition to his valued assistance with AdvancedHook, numerous contributions to the ELS code, his persistence with regard to the vehicle damage issue, and his very generous and invaluable work pertaining to ELS debugging and crash prevention;
− Sam, for his valued assistance and contributions to the ELS code, his powerful and professional public relations skills and work on behalf of ELS, as well as his persistent desire to lend a helping hand;

− cp702, for his valued assistance in weeding out issues and, without whose persistence, ELS would not have supported added vehicle slots;
− Aru, AlexanderBlade, and HazardX, without whom coding for GTAIV would be impossible; and,
− the ELS users, who ultimately provide the motivation necessary to take upon such endeavors.
− The ELS testing team consisted of (in alphabetical order, except lead): PoliceWag (lead), bosco154, Break, BxBugs123, cp702, James, kjel0112, Mag292, NicolaiB, Sam, and SnH FireFighter.
