Do what he does in this video, just use your GTA5 files instead and be sure to remove those rules when you wanna update your GTA again.
I did this and you can then play in Offline mode on GTA5 Disk version.
 

A new RAGEHook plugin has emerged among the Take-Two mod-ban chaos, claiming that it is capable of converting old ASI mods into functional scripts through RAGEHook. Pursuit, the author of this plugin as well as the GTA V Modding Launcher, says that, "[He] implemented almost everything, so most ASIs should load properly." Some examples of these mods (for anyone who is unfamiliar) include most Trainers as well as Lt.Caine's Emergency Lighting System (ELS).
 
Although I have not yet tested it myself - and no users have yet reported it as working - if it does end up working, this could be the alternative to Script Hook if Alexander does not end up updating it. My hopes are high for either.

you can use els , but if u want the toggled rambars youll have to find a car with els and toggled rambar, if your still wanting to use both that is.

They wont help you. They simply dont care. But they do care about is getting money from adds and what not.

Someone made a 2015 Dodge Charger for GTA5 and it looks VERY good.
I hope someone release a car like that.

Nothing different.
At the end of the day, this is simply bad news for people that want to play LSPDFR.  It means that we'll be downloading RPH at the same time you, and everyone else is.  We then have to compile the mod against the new version, give it a test, make sure everything's still working okay, and only then do we get to release it.
From what I understand, compatibility for the Steam version (which I use), has been there since early this morning.  If there'd been the foresight to recognize that developers of modifications using RPH might appreciate the opportunity to prepare their modifications for the latest version, then assuming everything did work, we'd be in a position to release an updated version of LSPDFR almost as soon as RPH itself was released.
Instead, we're left in the dark and being forced to find out information from other people.

After a lot of copy paste, i found out it's the file dinput8.dll, that makes the Ragehook not load. Anyone who has one that is working on the lastest GTA5 and Ragehook, can you post a link to download to the one you use?

Think a lot of us would watch :p
