Johnny Klebitz got arrested during an early morning traffic stop after the LCPD found illegal drugs and weapons in his Infernus. A bystander also spotted the new Highway Patrol Impala -

A new LC Sheriff Charger and Highway Patrol Impala were called out to a traffic accident on Broker Dukes Expressway. LCFD was called in as well as a precaution, but when they arrived, the accident wasn't as bad as expected and just blocked one lane of the Expressway. The road was cleared after a 15 minute talk between the drivers. -

I didn't make the grill and badge, so you gotta ask the creator (I mentioned him in the description of the pic ;) ) There will surely be a public release of this vehicle though :D -

I use a program called Handbrake to compress my footage, and it does it's job quite good imo.

... I guess. Transformed the unlocked 2003 CVPI into a 2011 CVPI with help from Dannyboy1909 ( updated interior texture) and evanscornelius (the grill and flex fuel badge)! Thanks to those guys :D -

I followed IronicRainbow's suggestion and put the laptop on a stand
