Not that its a big deal but there actually is a state where there is technically a charge for warrants. For example in this specific state, lets say Agency A issues a warrant for a suspect that committed a crime. If that suspect is arrested by a different agency the suspect is then charged with Contempt by that same agency. The suspect is then picked up by the original agency that issued the warrant and eventually transferred to county jail for the initial charge that was issued on the warrant. However, if Agency A issues a warrant then this same agency arrests the suspect then yes he is only charged with the original crime. Anyways this addon is great.
