Features
3-stage lighting with optional full frontal steady burn and takedown mode. Realistic Federal Signal Valor lighting pattern. Breaking glass, working dials, bullet resistant windshield, animated exhaust pipes, leaking fuel tank, high quality dirt-mapping, etc. Impressive and accurate environmental lighting in all stages. 4K livery based on San Mateo County Sheriff, Calif. Optimized model files and textures.
Optional Equipment
ALPR cameras (extra 10: with ALPRs; extra 12: without ALPRs)
Installation
Replaces the sheriff2 slot. This is a ELS/non-ELS hybrid vehicle which means it requires custom carcols/carvariations for the emergency lights to work properly. The custom vehicles.meta is absolutely required otherwise the lightbar and dials will be incorrect. Step by step instructions are included in the download.

2.0 - Added the 2020 Ford Explorer
 
This past spring, I decided to recreate my Hometowns vehicles starting with Sheriff. Sadly due to a lack of time, I wasn't able to finish everything. Therefore I've decided to release what I had finished and plan to add more to this pack as time goes on. I tried to replicate (probs 80% accurate) every single detail to match IRL spec. With that being said, there isn't alot of extras present nor lighting as I made these to replicate what they use IRL. Enjoy!
 
Since this is a California Department, Steady burns are present.

A Police Pack based loosely on the St. Augustine Police Department
 
Features:
Full 360 degree lighting Realistic lighting similar to the lighting used by the SAPD Full 3-stage lighting effects on all lightbar-mounted vehicles.  Semi- detailed interior including realistic equipment Stored service weapons  
It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification.
 
 
 
Known Bugs
Glass on some vehicles doesn't break. This is a combination of the limited time I have to go through every detail and zmodeler 3 not being cooperative. Some LODs are probably screwed up. Somewhere. Somehow. If it doesn't impact game play all that much, I probably won't go through great lengths to fix it Sometimes R* editor likes to annoy its users with bugs in discoloration or weird physical issues with models. I apologize for this in advance. R* editor is annoying... Probably a load of other stuff I missed or forgot, but as long as the cars are still enjoyable.  
Disclaimer: These cars are EXTREMELY high poly, and may not be optimal for use on all gaming platforms (Basically, if you are running a potato hooked to a monitor, don't expect solid 60fps game play with these vehicles).

Welcome to my second pack! I present to you today my new Vespucci Beach PD Pack inspired by the Fort Walton Beach PD in Florida.
I visited FWB a few years ago and saw their police cars and always wanted to make them. They are so unique design wise.
I've been working on this pack for the past few weeks and really happy with the outcome! Hope you guys enjoy as well.
 
Also using Kane's new explorer base, looking absolutely fantastic!

UnitedCallouts is a plugin for LSPDFR that adds over 20 new varied and realistic callouts, featuring a wide range of scenarios, locations, and possible outcomes to significantly expand the core LSPDFR experience.


UnitedCallouts is fully open source, providing transparent access to the codebase for those interested in learning, developing, or contributing. Developers are encouraged to explore the project, submit improvements, and help shape future updates through community collaboration.


⚙️ Installation
Follow one of the methods below to install UnitedCallouts:

Manual Installation
Copy the contents of the "plugins\LSPDFR" folder into: "GTA V directory\plugins\LSPDFR".
Copy the contents of the "lspdfr\audio\scanner" folder into: "GTA V directory\lspdfr\audio\scanner".

Alternative Installation
Drag and drop the "lspdfr" and "plugins" folders into your main directory of GTAV.

🎮 Variation
This plugin introduces a wide range of unique and dynamic callouts with multiple dialogue options to enable meaningful interaction with suspects and involved parties.
Every callout is designed with multiple possible outcomes and endings, significantly increasing replayability and overall realism.
The current release includes 25 varied and realistic callouts for the LSPDFR modification, with a strong focus on authenticity and scenario diversity.
Many callouts feature scenario-specific vehicles and weapons, ensuring that each situation feels distinct and context-appropriate within gameplay.
All callouts support multiple potential locations to prevent repetition and enhance immersion.
Certain scenarios are restricted to logical, real-world locations to maintain realism.
For example, an apartment burglary will only occur at residential buildings, while altercations between individuals will not take place at police stations.
A built-in location selection system dynamically chooses callout locations near the player, ensuring seamless integration into patrol gameplay.

📝 Customization
This plugin includes configurable hotkeys for dialogue interaction and for manually ending the active callout:
"Y" Initiates dialogue with a suspect or involved person. (A notification will appear when dialogue interaction is available.)
"END" Forces the current callout to conclude. (Useful in situations where manual intervention is required.)
All hotkeys can be fully customized through the configuration file to match individual preferences.
Players can enable or disable specific callouts via configuration settings.
This allows for a tailored gameplay experience and the exclusion of scenarios the player prefers not to encounter.
Option to enable/disable AI backup responding to a callout with the player.
This system ensures realistic unit deployment based on the situation. For example, local patrol units will not respond to large-scale gang conflicts, while pursuits may trigger local support units and air assistance instead of specialized teams.
For performance optimization, this feature can be disabled on lower-end systems by setting the option to false in the configuration file.
 
🔔 Stay up to Date
UnitedCallouts includes an integrated version control system that notifies players when a new update is available.
While older versions may remain playable, using outdated builds is done at the player’s own risk. Updating to the latest available version is always strongly recommended for stability and compatibility.
UnitedCallouts may have issues when LSPDFR gets an update that changes parts of its API. Compatibility updates will be addressed as required to ensure continued functionality.

A little something to match the LSPD pack I released already.
Fairly small amount of lights, which I though was ample for a small rural department.

There are some bugs as with any models:
glass doesn't break ( I have no clue why this is, I've followed every tutorial on the planet about this. Not really sure if it is my zmod or something. If you can't deal with this issue please don't download) Nothing other than that which is major (hopefully (lemme know) there aren't anymore)  
 
THIS INCLUDES ELS VCF FILES FOR A REASON. INSTALL THEM!

This vehicle is quite high-poly, so I don't recommend those with a lower end system to use (However I have noticed absolutely no performance loss with this vehicle in my game). Also, I recommend using RDE with this vehicle. And, one other thing; My extra_11 is not working on zmod currently. I apologize for the lack of takedowns and will fix this ASAP. Please use your high beams for now :D
