[Standalone] Cheval Fugitive PPV Pack
Five Stars! Simply beautiful. Expert release with no bugs. This model sits inbetween Rockstar play and Realism play. This model has a home in both worlds.

San Andreas Police 2015 Charger TEX
At first I thought I thought the texture had a retarded seizure when I installed it. Upon closer review I discovered the installation went okay. One lonely star for the attempt. There is just way too much on this texture.

Ford Explorer
Your point is taken, but this discussion is beating a dead snake. This issue has been rehashed all over this site, not to mention its just a picture, with very little information provided. We don't know what's going on with the car. *waves hippie peace flag*

Sheriff Crown Vic
That's like telling a bunch of crack heads to get crack off their minds for a few weeks, because there's a truck load of crack coming their way from crackville. Being a vehicle model crackhead myself, I understand the anxious behavior, but I am being fairly patient.

What GTA V vehicles do you want to be Emgerncy Vehicles?
A working Police ATV/Quadbike/Fourwheeler would be a great addition as well.

You can always use the simple trainer to change the wheels in game. But wow Frank! This looks great! I love the antennas, and I am excited to get this bad boy to my departments fleet!

Come on man, lets keep the insults out of this. If you can't remain polite then you should remain silent. Throwing names and profanity gets nothing done. Further more, send him a PM if its that serious.

I think you believe that I edit models somehow? Or release models myself. I do not, as I have already stated. The heavy lifting that I depend on is being able to play with vehicle models in my game. Again, you're being hostile, and as i've said, I don't see the need for it. As far as being on my own, I won't be. Power abhors a vacuum. You're stating that I'm making myself look inferior compared to those who can create models, interesting choice of words, but i'll take it. I freely admit that I can not make vehicle models, that I download them in my game and play with them. I didn't realize that was such a weakling thing to do. You're entitled to your opinion. When someone withholds models from being downloaded, others will take their place I will also add that I don't think you quiet understand my point. I'm not asking anyone to release unprotected work that they value, I never said that. Its obvious that you're looking for a fight, and you're not being respectful, so I'll just leave this as the end of my comment. Cheers.

That's a solution that will never work. We are talking about a simple supply and demand economy, with consumers. These models and their authors would not exist if others weren't downloading and enjoying them. Time is an issue, you're right. However, the vehicle in these pictures is what I could classify as "premium." It wouldn't take a lot of effort to dumb down this model and create a less impressive variation. This model was created within days of the plugin for z modeler being released, therefore your point is not valid. Time is an issue in some cases, but not with what I am specifically speaking of. I am trying to take the middle ground with these models, there is no need to be hostile. I do rely on others to do my heavy lifting for these mods and models, I want to play the game and not create it myself. As I'm sure you do for some things as well. This does not make me inferior to you. If these models do not become available, I will simply do without. It's not going to hurt me, I will continue to play with the vehicles I have now. I'm trying to suggest there is a middle ground where the authors can still get their credit, and still satisfy the players who consume their models, which in turn, gives them purpose. This can not be summarized as a black and white issue. Those of us who use the models in our games are just as important as the authors who create the models, we give EACH OTHER purpose. Its a win win, one would die without the other. *Drops mic*

My Thoughts on V Modeling
I just made a comment, regarding another topic in a gallery, very similar to this one. But, I like to hear myself talk and think, so I'm going to write another response here. First off, I'm a consumer of these models and mods. I don't contribute to the models, nor the mods. I will say this though, it seems like the entire reason for these models to exist is to be consumed by the community. I would like to believe all of these models are being developed simply because thousands of modders and LSPDFR role players will enjoy the content. With that said, why would it matter if models are being locked. These models are being used by people having fun and enjoying a game. As I said earlier, I believe that model authors who wish to protect their models, simply release a low grade dollar tree version of their model. Leave the premium model to be released when its able to be protected. I truly understand a model authors desire to keep their content secured. They've put in the time and work to create something beautiful, that is enjoyed by tens of thousands. It makes sense to me. What doesn't make sense is why they would only release the most premium models for the community that so desperately wants them. Im not asking authors to break their principles and only produce crap models, simply that they keep hold of the community that gives them purpose.

I would like to chime into the healthy debate here, but before I do that, I'd like to say kudos to the author of this model, it looks amazing in the pictures. Now, down to the healthy debate, I deeply appreciate and understand the reasons behind someone wanting to protect their models. LSPDFR is going to be around for quite awhile, and who can blame them for wanting credit, where it is justly due. What I don't understand is why can't there be a middle ground. When someone creates a beautiful model, and can't secure it properly, why not make a dollar tree version for public release, and save the premium model for later, when it's able to be protected. The ENTIRE point of this modding and role play community is to have fun, and enjoy mods. I don't believe a model author would state they don't want their models to be enjoyed by the LSPDFR community, yes, donations are nice, but the reality is these guys love to see their hard work enjoyed by thousands. It would make me feel awesome too, as rightly deserved if I were a modeler. So in conclusion, I beg of thee, for the sake of those who enjoy the hard work of modelers, release a less impressive version of your models, until you are able to protect your most valuable ones.

Are laws made for both humans & extra-terrestrials?
This would all actually depend on the wording of the law in question. For example, if murder is defined by law as the premeditated taking of another humans life, then killing an extraterrestrial would not be illegal. Words like person, life, and individual make laws vague when applied to extraterrestrials. We would have to decide if an intelligent alien lifeform could be considered a "person" before applying certain laws. If aliens showed up, and wanted to live here, alot of laws would have to be revised to include language protecting them. For example, if an alien species has no genders then a large amount of rape laws wouldn't apply. South Carolina, where I live, defines it partly as karnal knowledge of a female. In fact, in my state, men can not be legally raped. Other laws apply to male sexual assault though. It's all about the wording of the law in question.

replacement skins for...............
Lundy is working on a retro vehicle pack for this very thing, I believe. I may be wrong, if I am, I apologize. But, you can view some images on the LSPDFR Gallery page that he has posted of the improved models. No release yet though.
